Helps improve my PCB designs and makes the work more efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI and the various shortcuts available. The extensive libraries make the design much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of the menus were easier to get to rather than delving through multiple submenus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a better workflow for PCB design within the business.
Nice Features, Easy handling
What do you like best about the product?
Rhe cloud Workspace is very good. You see obsolete part and parts which aren't recommende for new design. The rule design and the MultiBOM Project are although good for placements, That you can see if you have colission of component
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can not clone components in the components menu isn't that good. I must go over Explorer. (was better in old version). Some other features was although better in the old version

Checking parts in realtime, to redesign products better.
Rule Checker see lot of mistakes and you get a easier way to fix mistakes

What do you like best about the product?
The step line is very convenient and operates very smoothly. I like to use AD for step lines, as it significantly reduces the error rate in my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The basic libraries are somewhat limited. I hope the official team can add more basic libraries. There are many advanced features, which might be difficult for beginners to adapt to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fixed the crashing issue, making my work more efficient.
Altium Designer has changed my life
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is great and very easy to use. I like the active BOM

Sometimes it crashes or takes a long time to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Altium helps us with all aspects of board design. Nice to be able to do schematic, layout, fab and assy drawings all in one.
Powerful design tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about the Altium platform is its ability to be simple to use or intricate when designing boards with more processing and output functions on a PCB.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least I like is the amount of information in the properties; sorting and sifting through layers is a chore to get to the setting you want. Shortcuts keys help with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Altium helps with PCB's that have production bugs or defects in them, you can pick the PCB apart layer by layer and there is tools that help with making changes or reading current values for objects.

Parts selection, tied into the distributors for parts availability.
What do you dislike about the product?
The revision control setup could be more straightforward to learn and setup with GitHub.

Complete end-to-end solution for designing PCB. Allows for design to production all in one environment.
Great program and very user friendly

Easy cross schematic and pcb work. Lots of flexibility and design options
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how every component is brought into the PCB when importing parts. This makes it difficult to create multiple PCBs from the same schematic. Using compile masks is awkward
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a need for PCB design and legacy support. Altiums compiled schematics make it quite easy to diagnose problems or at least explore them for legacy designs. PCB design is obviously important
Outstanding PCB design software
What do you like best about the product?
Altium Designer optimizes the way engineers design PCB Layouts and schematics. It has set up a standard in the industry!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had better integration with manufacturers' catalogs in terms of offering customers a library with more footprint and symbols linked to the parts, not only giving us the possibility to use parts info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With so many options and tools for the PCB design, it´s optimizing and helping me in the task of creating a PCB layout. Tools like Differential Pair, Polygon Manager and others make the job of design pretty straightforward.
Easy Tool for Layout
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to learn, it is fast, it contains all you need during layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
When doing the unrouted net check with the option box ticked, it appears lots of errors. It is caused by the Altium automatically removed some little segment. This happened long time ago and not fixed still.

Easy to use and lots of youtube guidance.

Sometimes it crashes for no reason and while you are in the middle of intense work.

It integrates impedance calculation in the board stackup.
It also able to check for board stacking when you have multiple boards in a system.
