one of the best options for circuit design.
What do you like best about the product?
good community support as well the coustmer care supoort. the software have multiple usefule feature which help designing more efficent. have inbuilt ordering option.
What do you dislike about the product?
so many bugs after upgrading to 22 version which makes the software lag sometimes even i have better configration system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we use altium for electronic product design and devolopment. we use it for schematic capture and PCB design and basic electronics simulation. and it also have 3rd party software colabration which we use in MCAD.

What do you like best about the product?
I have never used a tool like this before to share and work online. very useful. We can share and review the design online anywhere without the help of the installed Altium tool and we can directly open the project with Altium also for editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is a chance for conflict when more than one persons start to edit the same project at the same time. if there is any notification when any other user has already started editing then it will be more helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we can review the design with the help of any browser without an installed Altium tool. That is the main thing that I felt. and also we can share the project with others simply

Some hang comes when using multiple projects it gets hang

flex PCB design we have more helpful to Altium design,3D checking and flex bending also very helpful

CAD integration ,project release,easy customer review and easy accessable from the entire world

one to two mins is taking to upload a complete project in altium 365 server

We can finish all our design activities with less time compared with other tools.Productivity will be increase after the use of altium.

If you are working for a service-based company, It is very useful for customer review and assembly and manufacture release
I am using Altium from 1994 when it was propel during the last 3decade I used many different ECAD's
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly and intuitive I don't need to search for tolls and most of the time they work flawlessly I am using schematic and PCB design most of the times
What do you dislike about the product?
Many new tools need improvements like adding c/c++ compiler and simulator or FPGA design tools they are good but not the best one in the market for PCB and SCHEMATIC design hands down Altium is the best it is not easy to be the best on every aspect so if there are not enough resources to making other parts perfect maybe it just makes sense to focus on the strongest part of the Altium and make it even better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Designing PCB with other team members through Altium 365 is amazing and I love the possibility of collaboration, especially during this time when we must work from home and we can not work in the same physical space

It is ideal for managing review and creation data.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is that the data you create can be stored directly on the Altium-managed server, so you can retrieve and check it anywhere. I also like that it is easy to share.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software often stops from time to time, probably due to the server connection. The same is true even after upgrading the software. We have confirmed that once the PC is disconnected from the Internet, the stoppage can be canceled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is now easier to share with manufacturers and other related companies in advance, and to quickly point out corrections and provide feedback.We were able to establish a cooperative relationship without having to provide software to our affiliated companies.

Cost performance is the best in the industry.

I love the viewer and the version control

I dislike the fact that when you move the cursor around the different components and wires display boxes when you hover over them

Saving work to the cloud in real-time. Eliminating google drive troubles!
Great for sharing and managing PCB projects
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to show designs and get feedback for them in a way that's easier to keep track of than email chains.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get strange errors when pushing changes to the cloud that go away if I just try pushing again. Also, while I like having a cloud library of components, it's nearly impossible to search for existing symbols and footprints because they all appear under "symbols" instead of under the component type they were categorized under.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's much easier to discuss design aspects in real time, since other collaborators can view the design in a browser. On a video call, we can all examine it and discuss it instead of me having to share my screen and everyone has to ask me to "zoom in there" and "rotate it a bit more".
Altium is the one.
What do you like best about the product?
It has multi-functionality that many other programs do not have. Most companies that we work with use Altium which makes the transfer of info and data so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occassionaly Altium can crash and can be a problem but this means saving frequently on large projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Altium helps with the component crisis as it allows you to look at parts in your designs through the system and ascertain whether one part would be better than another in the long run.

Use it briefly and you'll realise how worthwhile it is.
