Altium 365 review
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able know that I am always working with the latest version of the files
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit cumbersome to setup and to be sure that people are really only able to see the files you want them to see, and not everything in your workspace
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
365 has allowed me to confidently share design data with customers that do not themselves own Altium
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it - it is well worth the effort of setting up.
Seamless and modern designing experience
What do you like best about the product?
No need to have large software applications installed of the same versions to open designs. Versioning design changes streamline the design to firmware development cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Versioning can be a bit clunky but I am aware this is still under development and being constantly improved so looking forward to having that in a better GUI supported format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless and instant access to designs. Collaboration is easy and takes away the headaches of license management. Easily able to share designs with viewers for quick feedback.

Get all your firmware engineers access, drastically speeds up the concept to product process

Quick, easy, and intuitive connection between schematics and layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Revision handling (through web) is lacking or at least not obvious.

Quick Review of schematic and PCB layout.

We need library management with a quick view and comments.

It is Time-efficient during a client meeting and team meeting.

Use it regularly. This will help multifold.

I like the online review and comments functions for project management.

It seems for me that the component management doesn't work well

Version control and online review.
Very intuitive, and easy to use with lots of tools
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to shortcuts in layout and schematics, with good features in terms of layer stack, rule check, etc.. Most of the times use the importers, that is a great feature that other competitors does not allow/have
What do you dislike about the product?
Specific bugs still need to be reviewed. Some crash in the programs and freezes, sometimes certain features disappear or get out of selection like snap to the center, floating window, live highlight
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very intricate designs with multilayer routing, due to the ease of the program is easier to design and check multiple designs against each other and multi-board builds.

the best feature in altium is the 3D views / import and export features / ease of use by using A365
What do you dislike about the product?
1 in 100 it will crash, and sometimes the technical help can take a while to get an answer

importing DXF and creating complex polygons copper

this is the best product on the market for the price - It will cover all your PCB layout needs

The ease in sharing projects with colleagues internally and externally.

I cant think of anything I dislike. Generally good.

The ease of use of the tool and the increase of features over time.

Stability issues but have gotten better over time

Cloud and local use of the tool allows greater collaboration within the team.

Great tool but gets expensive once you move over to Nexus

It is really useful when you work in teams. It easy to setup when you already use altium
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the major dislikes i found is the realse system. I like the principle but to set up the tag output with a specific tag number is difficult
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problems we are resolving it the control version of all the projet. It easy to work with peer on a same projet and don't lose any progress
