What do you like best about the product?
Their Triage team is pretty good and fast regardless the response of the BB Program it self, Their support is a little bit slower but they are very effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes support take a long time to respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Support team solved some problems for me for instence; Payment issues, Account virification issues, And the most important; the resonable clarification from traige team about why a vulnerability is rejected.

Good things take time
What do you like best about the product?
The support team and some of the traiger are good that make bugcrowd good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Again sometime support team take too much time to respond and communication gap between researcher and triagers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To earn money by helping other companies to find security issue and fix them before bad hacker exploit it.
Only good experiences with Bugcrowd!
What do you like best about the product?
I only had excellent experiences when working with Bugcrowd. Whether I'm using their platform or reporting bugs, I know I'm dealing with professionals and awesome people!

Nothing bad to say about Bugcrowd! It is truly one of the best companies in this field!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates a bridge between hackers and all kinds of companies that want to work with ethical hackers to improve their security posture
They have a very bad triaging system for reported bugs

There are lots of public and private programs to hunt

Their triaging system is terrible. Once the trigger marks the bug as NA or informative, they don't even reply back if you are trying to convince them.

Highly recommended for hackers
What do you like best about the product?
Everything has best in this site. one who wants to be big hunter or ethical hacker this is a must have site. I will recommend it to everyone who wants to build a career in ethical hacking and cyber security.

Nothg is as such there what I dislike about bugcrowd, it's just that some times the vulnerabilities goes unnoticed without being checked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing I dislike about bugcrowd. Something the triagers disappoints me as because they don't see the vulnerability submitted by security researchers and mark the vulnerability as Not Applicable. Only valid for some triagers. Other triagers are excellent.Bugcrowd has its own VRT rating system whuch ranges from P1-P4. Bugcrowd offren provides swags to good security researchers which I like the most. After submitting vulnerability security reasearch get badges of hall of fame.

What do you like best about the product?
This is best bug bounty platform for beginners. Bugcrowd hosts many program for bug bounty which provides monetary rewards, swags and mandatory points. Bugcrowd university is also good

Nothing is dislike about bugcrowd. It is good platform for beginners to hunt vulnerabilities of a program. Bug hunter can report p1-p4 vulnerability in bugcrowd.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been hunting bugs on bugcrowd. I had earned many bounties and learned a lot vulnerability from bugcrowd. Bugcrowd university is good platform to learn web application hacking
Interphase Could Use Some Work
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can find what you can't find one HackerOne - on this platform. Typically, they are faster to respond and triage reports in my opinion. BugCrowd helps in terms of keeping the bug bounty crowd from becoming monopolized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the rating program for reports in terms of severity could always be improved because it seems very subjective. Maybe let the companies decide the severity instead of the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security Vulnerabilities - obtaining bug bounties. I've realized anything is possible in terms of working from home and making a living. We are helping make the internet a safer place.

The interphase is not nearly as appealing as HackerOne
it is quite useful when wanting to optimize my tasks and processes

Its interface is quite simple and easy to use, the fact that it allows me to perform multiple activities and tasks in a short period of time is quite useful when wanting to optimize my tasks and processes, its price is quite reasonable considering all the functions and features that it has, the customer service team is quite fast when responding to any requirement or request that is presented to them, in just a few minutes you will have the answer to your problem in a very positive way to solve your problem .
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite the fact that its interface is very simple and easy to use, I believe that it can be renewed to make better use of space and make it even more intuitive.+
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been very useful for me to track errors in a much simpler, easier and faster way so that I can improve my software immediately without having to wait at the last minute to make all the necessary modifications .

What do you like best about the product?
The security vulnerability handling and the big bounties on the discovery of security vulnerabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. Only thing is that they can improve the marketing and advertising.

Bugcrowd from a pen testers viewpoint
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to pick a company and a vulnerability and jump right in. The company also explicitly lists what attacks are possible to carry out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issues I have with more or less with the companies themselves vs the actual software. An example was Ford company stated that they would not pay for XSS attacks, but I read on one of the forums that had a major vulnerability that could have been exploited through this kind of attack. I wonder if bugcrowd could have informed them of this issue. Also the forum poster did not have permission to attempt this kind of attack so I don't know if he ever told the company about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spent two working days in the application. One time I spent a lot of time looking through an application and couldn't find a vulnerability which kinda sucked for me, but was good for the company. One time I was able to exploit an sql vulnerability. it wasn't major as it didn't exploit any secret information, but I still notified and wrote it up for the company.
