We class MIA as one of the TEAM
What do you like best about the product?
I would say the fact that we now have the mobile app, but this would prob take away form the other value we get from using her, Yes we class MIA as a Her! The team was a bit conscious at 1st with MIA being on our calls but now they greet her as they do the rest of the Team talk to her, by asking her to take notes, create bookmarks in different parts of the meeting and ask her to set an action for someone to be assigned items.
As a Team we find MIA invaluable. She saves time on trying read notes we scribble down as she allows us to search for certain topic areas covered or even the speaker if we need to do. Her translation is pretty accurate the majority of the time which is great as it means we don't need to spend loads of time making adjustments.
Not only this but sometimes my meetings are doubled up so i cant join both at the same time. Having MIA on the call allows me to get an overview of the meeting and i can quickly see any action points i need to address and can see an overview of the meeting without spending an hour in an extra meeting.
From an external standpoint - MIA is great. I don't have to remember to her invite her as she automatically joins the meeting automatically (providing i have sent the invite) and does her job as the meeting Assistant. Customers find it very useful being able to get a breakdown of the notes of the meeting so they can look back at what was agreed, next steps, action points they need to address or even things that we have agreed as a supplier / partner.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much a don't like as progress!
MIA can now be integrated into crm systems which is fantastic but at the moment this is still limited to sfdc and of course Dynamics. IT would be great when this is possible for alternate systems also as we currently drag n drop into our system so that we have the record. IF this was automated would be amazing.
It would also be great if we could pull MIA into ad hock calls. Sometimes we have ad hock calls with the Team and think we could do with MIA on here so we can focus, so we drop off and jump into a meeting instead of a call. Would be great if we could pull her into the initial call, but i understand this is more a MS restriction.

What do you like best about the product?
The AudioCodes Meeting Insights platform is accurately transcribed and summarized, making it simple to go over important decisions and points again.
The function is working very good as per today's needs for customers. Time is greatly saved by the searchable archive and speaker identification.

What do you dislike about the product?
This platform gives the transcripts occasionally loses context when lots of people are talking over one another at at time, and the interface is some kind of complex to understand for every new user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I was used this platform offering precise transcripts and summaries, AudioCodes Meeting Insights assists in addressing the issue of overlooking crucial meeting information. Also I am guarantees that nothing is overlooked during follow-ups.
As I personally feel a result, there is now less need to go over entire recordings and our team is more accountable. By safely storing meeting data, it also promotes compliance.
