Accomplishes the basics, but surprisingly difficult to navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
SugarCRM has quite a few excellent functions that allow me to setup detailed funnels and attach notes/files to each account.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little that SugarCRM has to offer in terms of user-friendly experience. I found that, more often than not, I was forced to do extra busy work to get reports in the format I needed due to the system's lack of compatibility with our other programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SugarCRM has proved helpful when keeping track of long-term relationships with our clients. We are able to make significant notes regarding various meetings, calls, follow-ups, presentations, etc with every individual account to ensure that everyone on the team is on the same page of the account's history.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is possible that our company was not utilizing SugarCRM to it's fullest potential, or perhaps were only using a basic version of the system. Perhaps a version with greater capabilities will improve the user experience and increase the efficiency of the CRM.
Good CRM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Organization and detail in reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Consistency across other platforms including mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Successful forecasting of current deals I am working for this and future quarters. Capability to add comments to organize and inform others on the team on steps to closure.
Best crm for real estate
What do you like best about the product?
I used Sugarcrm for payment and contact management. it is very helpful tool to integrate payment gateway, accounting application easily, and has user friendly interface

No doubt SugarCRM is the best tool for real estate industries. It has best features but as my personal concern about it.

User friendly programs
What do you like best about the product?
I wasn’t that advances using the program but I like how many features it had on the software so that it’s user friendly at work

It’s relatively new to my company so I wasn’t able to take advantage of all it offered.

I like that all of our employees use this software so everyone is on the same page with work products and information.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about SugarCRM is how customizable the software is, even for someone like myself who doesn't have a background in development. Tracking activities and results as well as where I stand against quota is very helpful. The dashboard tool is also useful it lets you know up to the minute how you are performing against your quota for the week/month/quarter.

It can be complicated to learn and understand the functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software is great for coordination, tracking activity, tracking leads, reminders for follow-ups, and most everything you would ever want from a CRM
Load Time and Saving Incorrectly
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I like best about Sugar CRM would be the ability to create your own dashboard and customize it the way you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you are going to save something, it takes extremely long to save cancellation notifications, or calls. This inhibits the ability to work efficiently, as you have to wait for it to save, and when it does, it sometimes saves the item multiple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving issues with miscommunication between departments and what has been said to clients. We are able to look back in logs and view communication with the client.

If you are looking to customize your dashboard and assign/time tasks, then this is a useful CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
Opensource, self hosted, easy to import and export in multiple formats

Design could be improved, mobile app needs improvement

Used it to reduce cost of sales crm
A CRM with great flexibility and custom options
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the report function that is easily customizable and allows monitoring and tracking of the team's performance. In addition, you can also export the report results to spreadsheets for further analysis. The next amazing feature of this platform is its control panels. They are one of the most important parts of the platform and one of the simplest tools. Using SugarCRM does not require any coding skills. We largely just drag and drop items.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SugarCRM platform doesn't always work without problems. Sometimes there are bugs that are not always solved even after the updates, which is somewhat disappointing. I would also like to mention that the support team is sometimes slow. When you ask for help, it will take a while until you receive the answer and advice on how to solve your problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SugarCRM mainly provides our sales and marketing departments with many automated business development tools. It's a great way for all of our teams, including those outside of sales and marketing, to be constantly connected to current events and data surrounding lead generation and nurturing. We can leverage the data for reporting purposes and also to help us refine our engagement efforts. We can also use their email tools to communicate with our contacts in a measured and automated way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think SugarCRM is a suitable platform for both large and small organizations, as it can completely cover most sales and general business needs. I would recommend that you use the SugarCRM platform because it adapts well to your tasks and the results you may will should be better than without using it.
My company uses Sugar to keep tracking of all Dealerships that we are working with.
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to change the status of each dealership that i am working with, along with contacts to keep track of who is my contact for each store. also keeping notes on each store.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't found much to dislike about it.. I wish it was easier to create/manage dashboards- as it is a little confusing but other than that, there is really not much.

It helps keep me organized, which i am not the best at.
SugarCRM is our Main Source for Tracking Customer Comments and Complaints
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Sugar CRM for the past three years with great success. We are able to input customer data, track complaints, see comments, and track accountability for a specific case and client. It is fast and easy to use and create a seamless database for consolidating our customers and their cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to complain about with SugarCRM. It does what it is supposed to do and does so very easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track accountability complaints that need addressing within each department. It has centralized our customer comments, complaints, and allows us to follow up with issues that currently exist in the form of open cases.

It's great to use if you are looking to consolidate all customer data into one program to track cases that need addressing.
