Best in class inbox defense tool to protect against spear-phishing attack
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integration with M0365. Less false positive errors and automated remediation.

Required custom dashboard and reporting for better visibility.

Discover anomalous communication pattern with in the email body,link and header. Detect impersonation email sent from personal email clients. Able to stop zero-day phishing attacks

What do you like best about the product?
I come up with this tool first time which has brilliant AI built technology. It understands the algoristhm and help to protect the user from fraud / phishing emails.
In every organisation there is some fraud come-up with this and this is brilliant technology which fight against it and protect the users from the fruads so that they dont get into the trap.
We had seen the number of features it has. Also its AI technology make this usniue.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have never seen such type of product earlier. So this was the first time experience for me. When I got to know that there is some technology or tool which helps us from phishing email, I got too excited!!
The support it provides, it is tremendous to see. They try to solve all the queries whichever raised by customer and make it smooth for the users.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We faced with lot of phishing / fraud emails in our organisation which yields into big transaction of money. It leads to trap the employees, where they transfer the money by thinking that it was asked by their manager, seniors, directors, ceos, etc.
Sometimes, same emails comes as a project where employee thinks that it would be great if they act on it. But it is like a trap for them. Its AI technology is madeup like that, which understand its domain, IP, etc and understand that it is not the true email. This helps the employees or organisation to get into the trap and solve the biggest problem related to high transactions of money, involvement of fake works / projects and time management.

Product just works. I don't have to worry about it
What do you like best about the product?
Imersonation Protection just works. Once setup, which was fairly easy since I already had other Barracuda products setup, it started detecting potential fraud attempts. It gives you a confidence level for likelihood of spam and details what kind of attack type is used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only stores the last 30 days of attacks. I'd like to be able to go back further in the event someone was compromised to track the initial breach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stops spam and impersonation messages from even reaching the mailboxes of my users.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps ensure business emails are protected against new threats like: phishing, spam, fraud and online thieves etc.

The pricing should be studied further and if possible adjusted in a manner that would be suitable with the majority of professional and business users.

It relieves me of my worries for all my important or confidential emails relating to online use. It helps boosts confidence and confidenciality in the business and professional environment.

Barracuda Impersonation Protection has provided a sorely needed buffer to protect our most attacked and most vulnerable users, who are often one and the same. Any product that can help reduce the attack surface of my organization contributes to my peace of mind, and that is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is easy to report a false positive, it can be more difficult to prevent false positives from being captured in the first place, and we have had examples of follow-up emails being captured for the same reason that the initial false positive was captured in the first place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impersonation Protection was implemented to further automate our spam detection, providing us with a deeper layer of security. It has been extremely effective in that role.

easy search feature , allows you to search for url, key word, address, very flexible

that is a harder question, I cant remeber a time that I said, "damn i have to use that stupid program" its always really easy to ues and gets the job done

it slashes the amount of spam / phish attacts by at least 95% before we implemented it, we would spend hours on trying to track down and stop hacked accoutns

What do you like best about the product?
This tool constantly scans all emails in the inbox and when it finds one pretending to be an employee coming from someone else it yanks the message right out out of the inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes employee to employee email internally trips this and the email is yanked. While there is the ability to create exceptions to bypass this I would prefer a bit more fine tuning as I am not a fan of blindy skipping scanning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This Helps to solve conversation hijacking and Direct Deposit redirection to scam accounts. The DD scam redirect has been on the rise and Cuda is at the fron line stopping these attacks.

Barracuda Impersonation Protection has been a game-changer for us, especially with the sneaky phishing attacks we've been seeing lately. Scammers will pretend to be high-ranking officials in the organization, these deceitful emails get caught before they can cause trouble. Not only does it keep our data safe but it also helps us learn about these sneaky tactics, making everyone in the company a bit more scam-savvy. All in all, we are better protected now than we ever have been

What i like most about Barracuda imperonation detection is the fact that nothing seem to get through and I feel protected.

I believe this is a solid product and at the moment I can't think for a reason to believe otherwise.
