Overall Very good experience with Zluri wrt the functions and support

Onboarding and offboarding modules are one of the best functions.
It does manage all the SAAS applications more than expected.

The experience was efficient and thorough.
What do you like best about the product?
The app integration was easy for the apps we had admin access

It was difficult to add apps that we did not have the correct access to and the process can take a long time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can see users who still have licenses in some apps who have left the company. We are also seeing that there are multiple apps of the same type which allows us to remove the redundancies

- Zluri can find all sorts of shadow IT and immediately uncover savings

- UI can sometimes be buggy. I assume this will be fixed with time, but can be annoying.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Zluri lets us know what tools our team is using and how much we are paying for them. This is particularly helpful for saas where the pricing is user-based. You'll be able to tell what seats are being used, and which you can eliminate. It also helps us keep better track of our renewals.
Outstanding SaaS Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zluri is the only tool we found that has everything we need. The automatic integrations, full visibility into software expenses, spending by department, budget control, and contract and subscription management are some of the key benefits of the tool. The support and attention we received from Abhilash and his team during onboarding, and after go-live, has been phenomenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a feature to store and review organizational compliance documentation. Also, the ability to have sub-departments would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve consolidated my applications inventory, software budgeting, user software provisioning, vendor contract and contacts, and quarterly audits into the Zluri platform. It makes managing all aspects of SaaS management much more efficient, and provides a single pane of glass for many of our administrative tasks.
Excellent SaaS Management
What do you like best about the product?
Though we are a relatively small start-up, Zluri has helped us to manage our ever-growing list of SaaS applications, onboarding for new employees, and also provided extremely prompt customer service via Slack along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zluri was still working out some of the kinks on their onboarding/offboarding workflows at the point when we started using the product, which was a bit frustrating, but their CS team was always very prompt to reply and address any relevant questions/concerns via Slack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri has helped us to onboard new employees to various SaaS platforms efficiently and also helps us to manage our spend across all active SaaS platforms.
Effective SaaS Management
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and compact explanation, able to easily understand. Very efficient. Tools are rich and helps me to optimize the SaaS that our company used. Best for monitoring unwanted Apps being used incidentally by the organization as well. Abhilash are able to explain the product very well, flawlessly, easy to follow and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good. Most of the obstacles are related to the network connectivity which is been sorted together with Abhilash, escalated quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I able discover our Apps usage, especially helping us to monitor and validate if the employee are using our Apps efficienty and user account optimization when it comes to active/inactive users. Pretty neat.

We loved everything - right from powerful automated discovery to employee onboarding and offboarding

Too early into implementation for any major dislikes. No drawbacks for now. overall great experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Zluri, we were partially aware of what are the SaaS apps that were being used. After Zluri, we know the SaaS apps running until the very second. It was unbelievable, as we initially have to go around departments to enquire about the SaaS apps they have purchased. Now with Zluri, everything is available on its single centralized dashboard. We know who the owner and users are, how much they are using an app, and how much is being spent on. With Zluri we are easily able to decide which apps to have and which apps to discard.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend Zluri if you want to manage all your SaaS apps from a single centralized dashboard.
Great business tool with incredible support!
What do you like best about the product?
Obviously managing all our SaaS tools under one roof. But, the implementation of the onboarding and offboarding workflows will be extremely helpful and time saving. The support we get from Abhilash has been fantastic as well. Any questions or issues get addressed and resolved right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue we have seen to run into so far is that some of the User information through integrations has not been correct. As well as application "last used" data not being up to date. But support has been amazing at addressing and resolving issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just being able to track software usage and user data from one source has been a time saver. I don't have to login to individual accounts to check or verify information.

Automatic discovery of SaaS subscription and spend. Onboarding and offboarding workflows are very useful and can be customized

Great product and can grow along with your organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri has been critical in allowing us to get control of our SaaS. Prior to its implementation our SaaS environment was chaotic to manage. Now we know exactly what's running, what are the new purchases, what are the upcoming renewals etc which has increased our control dramatically. We even know when an employee signs up for an app without the consent of IT.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend Zluri if you want to stay on top of your SaaS contracts and services used by your company.
