SaaS Ops management in a new light
What do you like best about the product?
Zluri is an excellent tool for gaining insights into both managed SaaS tools AND shadow IT and creating automations around provisioning and de-provisioning.
While these are only some of Zluri's capabilities, they are how I get the most value out of the tool. For managed SaaS tools, Zluri's app can integrate and provide specific insights on the users of each tool, as well as be a centralized hub for managing the cost of each app and the cost of each user regarding SaaS.
For unmanaged, shadow IT tools, Zluri can help uncover these in the first place, as well as help provide insights into how these tools may be redundant compared to the existing, managed SaaS stack.
Additionally, Zluri's automation capabilities make it usable as an onboarding and offboarding hub, with highly customizable workflows and playbooks. Other tools on the market will do this for high costs, but Zluri offers these capabilities and much more with great all-inclusive pricing.

What do you dislike about the product?
Zluri has room to grow to be a segment leader, as there are pieces of the app that are not yet fully rolled out, and integrations missing which could benefit other customers and me. However, the Zluri team is highly motivated and responds promptly to feature requests - so there is high potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems that Zluri solves for us include: What SaaS products do we have across the business? Which SaaS products do we have that are considered shadow IT? How much does each user cost, from a SaaS perspective? How much does our entire SaaS stack cost overall? Who is using which apps, both managed and unmanaged? How do we automate onboarding and offboarding?
Answering the above problems is beneficial because it saves money and time. Additionally, it results in higher security and auditability with regards to acount provisioning and de-provisioning.

What do you like best about the product?
Zluri automated onboarding/ offboarding workflow has saved so much of the time which we used to spend when onboarding/ offboarding users.
It has helped us identify all the unapproved tools used within the organization and remove insecure apps. It also gives us a clear insight into the apps used within the company and the licenses associated with them.
Special mention to their team which has always been ready to help no matter what the issue is.

Nothing for now. Zluri satisfies most of our needs.

i think Zluri should have built in playbooks for on\off boarding and other stuff

Our internal Spend Management, billing and charge back. It has been challenging to keep track of each license assigned to each BU/Users, with Zluri we can track it easily.
Powerful platform and excellent customer relationship
What do you like best about the product?
Platform has all features that we were looking for to manage and control our SaaS expenditure and in addition also let us manage offline vendors.

Due to the many features sometimes it might take long to update after changes on the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have full visibility of SaaS utilization and expenditure in the company and allowed us to plan and manage cost control more accurately.

What do you like best about the product?
Zluri is the best tool for onboarding and offboarding employees. It provides secure and efficient workflows for provisioning and deprovisioning. It helped us revoke all the employees' licenses and access to the SaaS apps.

Zluri is constantly updating its features, so there is nothing to worry about regarding its functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zuri's self-serve model is amazing. It has given us the flexibility to allow employees to select their required SaaS tools from the SaaS library. It has eliminated the manual approval process and saved us time and resources. Zluri has the most extensive SaaS library with over 225000 apps that solve our problem of every task as we get more than one app for completing any task. This highly efficient automation tool has helped us focus on more essential organizational tasks.
The best SMP for managing software assets.
What do you like best about the product?
Zluri is efficient in managing all software assets. It provides an intuitive dashboard with all the details of the software. It also maintains the ownership and responsibilities assigned to employees for maintaining the software resources. For such asset management capabilities, it lets organizations utilize their software to its true potential without wasting resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zluri maintains an excellent relationship culture with the customers. Whenever we felt any doubt related to the product's potential, they guided us on how to optimize our resources and efficiently focused more on others to increase the exciting ROI, and their feedback helped us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an IT industry with over 1000 employees. We have 1000s of apps operating within our organizations. It was hectic to manage all the assets previously with inefficient SAM tool. Then we shifted to zluri, a SaaS management platform with software manager capabilities that has automated our asset management process, saved us time and resources, and increased our ROI.
A nice SaaS management tool with lots of potential
What do you like best about the product?
The sheer amount of compatible apps to connect. It has the most extended list of apps I've seen in my reviews, as well as all the varied sources of information (browser extension, connectors, etc.) are also very interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The configuration is not as intuitive as we would have liked. The good news is that they constantly update the tool, which may be improved sooner rather than later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri is constantly increasing functionality and connectors, which means that it will probably gain better traction in the coming months to make it an important player in the ecosystem.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many integrations which help with keeping up with the various applications. The ease of use to navigate between monitoring spend and compliance is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little slow to update after changes are made, but overall not much else to dislike.

Monitoring SaaS spend and compliance is key, and Zluri is amazing at both.

Zluri is extremely customizable. As long as an API exists. Zluri can integrate with it easily

Some of the processes took longer than desired. Transaction mapping in particular was a bit rough. And some integrations didn't have enough info published

We needed to automate our onboard/offboarding as well as collect per-user spend data. takes a while to set up but Zluri is great for that.
