Simplest SaaS Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to discover SaaS apps &the growing list of integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. We have been using Zluri for quite sometime now, & things are looking in the right direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SaaS visibility, software budget tracking, SaaS app insights.

What do you like best about the product?
Zluri has top notch discovery methods. Our SaaS stack was all over the place during the entire pandemic as our entire workforce was remote. All it took was a couple of connectors with Zluri to assess the situation and clear up the mess.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to think of any strong dislikes

Tracking expenses through Zluri - the platform has made it super easy to keep count of all SaaS expenses in its automated centralized dashboard.
Bridge between IT, Finance and Procurement
What do you like best about the product?
As a growing organization, there was a lot of disconnect between our IT, finance and procurement teams. Zluri helped reduce this by providing us a platform that benefits all three functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not come across anything so far.

A couple of sudden subscription cost increases took us by surprise. We wanted to eliminate these surprises through Zluri.
The operating system for SaaS
What do you like best about the product?
The way it uncovers the application that we have used across all employees was impressive. It also helped make sense of all our software contracts that were all over the place, making our lives easier with data presented on a silver platter.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're happy with everything about Zluri. It meets all the demands.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With pandemic and remote work, the SaaS expenditures were skyrocketing. Zluri helped us get visibility over the new SaaS applications purchased by our employees and also consolidated all the expenditure department/ user wise.
The best integration library out there
What do you like best about the product?
Visibility of license usage grouped by team, availability of application spend and calendar view of contract renewals are all some of the best features. Zluri is highly functional tool that integrates with ease and gets you up and running in no time. Using IT's data, the business teams were able to have more effective conversations about applications, as well as consolidate their data about SaaS applications being used in a single dashboard.

The platform is a bit overwhleming at first but once you're onboarded, it's a breeze

We wanted to have a complete view of our applications' usage and engagement data

What do you like best about the product?
Zluri is so flexible and easy to use SaaS management tool. Provides detailed reporting and possesses a user-friendly UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. Updating contracts involes a bit of manual effort but the customer success team handles it well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri has reduced the amount of time I spend on spreadsheets. I am actively using Zluri for planning and negotiating contracts and we surely love the prompt notifications for auto renewals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to allocate enough time for SaaS app management - it's not a quick process. Because the number of SaaS apps in use is constantly changing, and the amount of time needed to manage these apps has increased considerably. So a SaaS management tool like Zluri is definitely a boon.

What do you like best about the product?
It offers a comprehensive user experience, with data displayed in an easy-to-navigate interface. The software also offers information on all related functions: IT, finance, procurement, and business IT in an easily consumable way. The system generated reminders on renewals give relief from misising out renewals. Since Zluri is in place, we have seen tremendous improvement in productivity and savings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more API connectors for SaaS applications. It looks like they are on the product roadmap for future releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to suprise renewals we used to unwillingly work with certain apps which we weren't happy about. Now we have discarded such applications, and have streamlined our SaaS stack.

The interface is very well designed, making it easy to find the information you need. By using Zluri, it's easy to see who is using which apps and when they're using them. This has enabled us to reduce our spend as we know what things we're purchasing upfront.

Honestly, we haven't seen any downsides.
