An evolving SaaS management tool that helped improve the SaaS management process
What do you like best about the product?
Zluri's support team is awesome. From the POC stage to the production stage, their team is always responsive and doing their best to help answer our questions, resolve our issues, and provide guidance and best practices throughout the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Same as any evolving SaaS products, it is inevitable that we would see some bugs and issues and certain processes are work in progress or need improvement. But whenever we met such issues, Zluri team is always very supportive and provides timely feedback and followup plans on these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri helped provide visibility in shadow IT, overall and detailed analysis on costing of different SaaS products that we are using, insights on users and the apps they use, and SaaS management workflows as well. These information can support the management team in making cost saving plans and strategic decision on SaaS solutions, and also streamline the workplace technology BAUs that could improve the operational efficieny.

What do you dislike about the product?
- No cons at the moment, but can improve with overall support, since our teams are worldwide. 24/7 support team would be a great value add for the customers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us keep track of our softwares, since we use over 100 tools, it's important we understand how much the usage of these tools are and if there isn't much traction we can use that save money or help better implement for the tools to be better used
Good SaaS Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Since the pandemic the use of different software, especially SaaS to effectively manage work has drastically increased. However, understanding the full use of these tools post-sale has been difficult to keep track of. Zluri has been a perfect solution to this problem. We are now able to manage our entire tech stack on one dashboard and make changes as needed to reduce our spend and ensure the tools are being effectively used across the board as intended. The new features being rolled out from time to time along with great service is the perfect combination making Zluri a winner
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing significant at this point, but I have seen bugs in the platform that Zluri are fast to resolve. A permanent fix to this would make the platform even better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking our SaaS efficiency and ensuring implementation efficiently and if we see there is a lack of usage it helps us understand if more training is needed to implement or reduce the users or count as applicable helping with leakage of dollars

What do you dislike about the product?
Since the product is at a nascent stage, there are a couple of bugs here & there. We are finding it hard to integrate our finance tool to fetch spend data.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very good tool in the industry first, which is starting to scale up to support the IT, Procurement, and Finance teams under one umbrella.
What do you dislike about the product?
As mentioned, it is new to the market, and needs to brainstorm on the workflow and features as per industry standards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
License Management, management of inactive users, and employee experience for new access requests, which will help IT automate in many ways as L0 and L1 engineers.

The software works as advertised, they have been a good partner have listened to our questions/concerns and have made updates accordingly .

"We benefit from the automation of off-boarding, and onboarding because it takes repetitive and mundane tasks away from our IT team, who can now provide a better experience for all users.

Nothing to dislike as of now, its great.

Automating onboarding and offboarding and for complete app discovery.

If you are spending a lot of time manually configuring items for end-users or worrying about unused software licenses, Zluri is the tool for you.
Good platform to gain visibility over your SaaS stack
What do you like best about the product?
Connecting applications was generally straightforward and there is a large bank of applications with direct integrations to choose from. Integrating Google workspace was a really simple way to connect more applications. Whenever we had issues Zluri were always very helpful and responsive in getting it sorted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little fiddly to get the integrations set up and working properly. We have had some issues pulling financial information from Xero to model our software spend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have full visibility of what software was being used across our organisation. Zluri gives us this visibility and helps us track contracts and renewals too.
