What do you dislike about the product?
While CloudBees packs a punch with its advanced CI/CD features, it's not all sunshine. For starters, if you're new to this or your team hasn't dabbled much in Jenkins, getting your head around CloudBees can feel like climbing Everest without a map. Then there's the price tag—great for big companies, but smaller outfits might do a double-take at the cost. Setting it up? Brace yourself for some serious configuration gymnastics that can eat up your time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudBees tackles the headache of managing complex software delivery processes by automating the whole CI/CD pipeline, making life a lot easier for development teams. It's like having a co-pilot for your software projects, ensuring everything from coding to deployment runs smoothly and efficiently. This not only speeds up the release cycle but also slashes the risk of human error, giving me more time to focus on improving the product rather than getting bogged down in deployment issues. Plus, its security features keep everything tight and secure, which is a huge weight off my shoulders.

Cloudbees devops is a great tool
What do you like best about the product?
I find the great CI/CD solutions that Cloudbees offers a great way to penetrate the market. Not every company can offer good support in the devops industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
overall I found cloudbees very effiecient in every way however they can work upon the continous deployement coverage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the basic business needs of deployement and Integration.

Integrations not ready out of the box, many teams have to create integration themselves.Otherwise everything is perfect!!.

with top-notch customer service, it provides a solution for technical issues to avoid interruption in the development process.

I found sincerely that CloudBees automates the deployment process and software delivery, decreasing the risk of errors and fastening the delivery of software, and also giving more authentic and frequent releases. It also provides the activity needed in a dynamic development environment.

The plus point of using cloudbees jenkins over OSS version is that we get regular security and feature updates that are quite elaborate and help us make informed decisions.
The timely customer support from the Cloudbees AM team is really one of the key strongpoints for having this paternship since years with our org.
The recently announced HA feature was cherry on the cake, and made us really exicted of having the Jenkins instances easily rotated for maintenance.
Implementing any new feature from Cloudbees is very easy for us as we see extensive documentation available which makes us independent enough to explore the product.

Cloudbees can improve their CD i.e. continous delivery/deployment coverage within their product so that deploying on Cloud native platforms like kubernetes can be extended as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloudbees is helping us accelerate our time to market for all our dev teams by having bery interesting fetaures like Pipeline Catalogs where we can automate the CI workflows of the teams very easily. So from commit to build/test/artifact management/release triggers all these are common challenges that every team faces and they needn't reinvent the wheel everytime.

What do you like best about the product?
Management of the controllers through the Operations Center. This option is a magnificent way to scale up or down the CI infrastructure needed in a company. Even if OpenSource Jenkins is an excellent solution, I think the Operations Center and Cloudbees proprietary plugins bring the biggest value to Cloudbees CI. Furthermore, the new HA/HS features enable seamless upgrades and 100% uptime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unsupported plugins can be too easily installed by controller admins (not system admins). These plugins can cause issues all over the platform.
Also, some improvements can be made in differentiating Controller admins from Operations Center admins, as, sometimes, the customers (controller admins) try to modify their controller's specifications, possibly causing infrastructure issues, like worker node overload.

Cloudbees CI is solving most business needs related to Continuous Integration and Deployment. The solution is also easily scalable on modern platforms, enabling users to get the most out of the infrastructure provided.
