What do you like best about the product?
Best platform for automation and user friendly interface. One of the finest automation tool: One touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
A proper documentation and guidance for the job set ups would be appreciable. Customer service could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps automation of Jobs easy. Creation of reports and dashboard quicker.

What do you like best about the product?
If you like the word explore, this is the tools you want to use, because it has a great supports out there (plugins), whatever your problem, most likely other engineers have encountered it, the key is the correct keyword
What do you dislike about the product?
The User interface (UI) can and should be better as it is not too intuitivie in my personal opinion, it needs some deep digging to get the root of the issue, as it is a critical tools, this will be the one to look at

our scale up as a business were involving lots and lots of automation to support the business, this is where the tools plays its strongest part

1. Cost is a major concern. They should make it a bit affordable.

Cloudbees has helped us to increase the speed of our work by automating the process.
It has enabled our team to quickly identify and solve problems which in turn is very helpful in improving the overall quality of the outcome.

support staff, who is Good but have limited knowledge of the prodcts been purchased from diff company specially.

Cloudbees will response as soon as possible if the issue is urgent hence being cutomer first nature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless we mark an incident to be urgent the response would be delayed.

Whenever we have ccomplicated tickets from user where it is blocking their work if we couldn't resolve the issue from our end we contact CJE
Excellent Stability on high loads.
What do you like best about the product?
Its capabilities of handling high loads while competitors' applications give up / crash with such loads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Core functionalities of the application are not listed/shared anywhere. Would be good to have documentation around the core concepts of the application and their functionalities.

Platform dependencies have been handled very well with with Plugins

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about cloudbees is knowing that there is a team of people there to help you if anything goes wrong. As well as a team of people vetting the updates and plugins before pushing them out to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I were to have to pick something I least liked about cloudbees it would 100% have to be their pricing model. A per user model, but you are charged even if those users never log in to jenkins and only commit code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ClouBees is helping us solve the problem of deployment of applications efficiently and securely. We mainly use Jenkins for deploying applications to servers and knowing we have someone on the line for any issues we may run into is extremly reassuring.
A solid enterprise grade CI/CD product
What do you like best about the product?
It just works! A genuinely scalable enterprise-grade CI/CD tool which is fully customizable. Features seem to improve yearly, so I love working with the tool. Everything is set up as configuration as code, a fully containerized modern platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tricky question, but if I had to pick flaws, I would say support has room for improvement. I prefer AWS-type support where you can choose between opening a ticket, live chat or a phone call.

Takes care of all CI elements for all development teams with world pay globally.

they Always strive and take care of my workplace ticket issues as priors. weekly meeting with them help me to understand each other concern as partnership.
What do you dislike about the product?
I initially notice that exist minimal kwnoledge of SRE and DevOps skills to get started on Cloudbees CI platform.

Site Release Engineering, pipelines stages strategict, versionament, Multi Cloud solutions, Many plugins to solve difference CICD scenarios, User Interface friendly.
