What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have the premium version, so I have limited access. It's limited for me; I can't create videos, have less access to images, and there's limited time for deep research chats.

I mostly use Grok for everyday help with everything. It helps me with almost everything I need because any details I need I can find with ease. I like its quick response time, useful additions, and good answers. I work with cars, so I need loads of information on how to work on them, and Grok provides that. It's also helpful that Grok provides more logical answers compared to what I was using before. The initial setup had no difficulties whatsoever.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the answers are wrong, but it's mostly because I'm not asking the right thing. I think better algorithms could help.

I’ll admit I’m a little scared of all this new AI technology and upcoming changes but my partner went down the rabbit hole and I started to get curious and used Grok. It has come in handy on a number of difficult issues going on and I’ve found the information to be really helpful and saved so much time and headache already. Sometimes I use it just to help me make a quick general decision. But there’s been times it’s helped through some more crucial decisions. I guess I’m going to be a regular. I’ll explore other platforms too so I can compare.
