The best BPM solution I seen
What do you like best about the product?
Appian’s interface and user friendly design are top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really, nothing. From the online training, to the excellent documentation, I can’t think of anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complex business process that until Appian, require end users to perform manually. Appian provides a very fast and simple way to create applications, and automate business processes. It’s fast, intuitive, graphically appealing and powerful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get the trial and put it to the test. See how fast the environment is ready and how quickly you can create an app.

Appian has wide offering of online trainings and active community. Variety of application on App market is astonishing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementaiton of simple workflows with very simple integration requires still hundreds of MDs.
I do not like the marketing as "low-code" or "no-code" platform as this creates expectation within the senior management that implementaiton will require few MDs which is far from reality.

Support of back-office processes/workflows. We have mainly better control over the wokflow, proper reporting and increased efficiency

- Database Management in cloud solutions seems outdated, Id like see more options than MySQL.
- Process Model Designers need to be modernised.

With Appian my company could solve the major business process reducing the lead time.

Intelligent, Agile development for implementation, Low-code platform to minimize customization etc.

It has the potential to improve implementation with auto scaling features .. currently fixed hardware configuration is delivered with Appian Platform.

Best BPM and low code platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is possible to deploy in one package the UI and the processes. When you build a page it can be viewed in any device with no extra work. It is very intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI uses a propietary language and it is not similar to other languages

Any process can be developed with Appian.

It is the best BPM platform that I have used. It is really to build an app with almost no code involved.

Moreover it can integrate with your other connected systems already existing in your organizational systems architecture. Also Appian with its latest updates provide a lot of tools plugins which help achieve you process automation in a very efficient way. Appian also offers AI and RPA integrations which gives you a complete package for process management tools. Version control and deployment features are an added advantage of this platform. And any business users with no technical knowledge can build quick apps in minutes. Low Code is the main idea behind this and Appian has come a long way and stands out due to this

Updates are missed on premise platform..
