All DevOps concerns could be delegated to Aptible
What do you like best about the product?
Their instant support. Every time that I have an issue or a suggestion, Aptible support team replied immediately, always trying to understand my point of view.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not possible to debug in production. I guess it's the only cons so far I've seen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our production and staging environments are in Aptible, giving us the freedom to worry about software development and not sysadmin tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to have all of your DevOps tasks to be solved in an efficient and proper way, just go with Aptible.
Good solution for some kind of applications
What do you like best about the product?
Deploy with Aptable is great, it also great monitoring the application logs and manage the app via painel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to have access to a machine instead of directly to a container, I mean, for example, we can’t save media files locally, for that is needed to send this kind of file to S3 for example. And also we can’t use load balance, at least I didn’t see this option in the settings of the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Support is excellent, and everyone is ready to help and explain things clearly. Aptible also proactively makes changes to resources as needed to keep the apps running without issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation could be improved; sometimes it is not as easy as it should be to find what's needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a HIPAA compliant platform for our patient engagement platform. We need to keep it up and running smoothly without interruptions, and we need to keep all the required resources in good shape and updated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't hesitate in asking for help when it's needed. Aptible support people are really helpful in keeping your app in great shape.
good platform to start app for health care industry
What do you like best about the product?
It is similar to heroku platform for DevOps cmds, which means it is easy to pick up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Flat rate of pricing. I wish the price structure could be similar to heroku for certain nodes for development and testing.

with aptible, it is easy to achieve HIPPA compliance.

Have more flexible pricing structure like heroku
This is the service to use for HIPAA compliance. Support is unmatched. Bar none.
What do you like best about the product?
Tooling matches industry best practices (think heroku / aws). A lot of self service tooling that is straightforward to use (logging, database backup and restore, auditing functionality). Compare this to other vendors which require you to open support tickets for any maintenance operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides yet. Support is very responsive to answer whatever you're interested to know about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HIPAA compliance. User privacy and trust is essential. We are proud of the efforts we take and knowing the technical ability and awareness of the Aptible teams makes us more confident in this mission.

Aptible is a good platform
What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about Aptible is the HIPAA compliance which is very much required in healthcare technology domain.
What do you dislike about the product?
The costing part of Aptible is one negative aspect. Seems to be too expensive when compared to other similar platforms

We are hosting client servers on aptible to provide them healthcare technology softwares

What do you like best about the product?
Interface layout and ease of navigating around it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aptible-cli is not great. E.g. the `aptible login` command - you have to login BEFORE it informs you about the lifetime option. In general it could be better documented / provide better help at the right time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HIPAA-compliant hosting of applications and data. Benefits: works.

Great product, great support
What do you like best about the product?
Aptible makes it possible for small teams like ours to access HIPAA compliant hosting out of the box. While I had to Dockerize our application in order to transition to Aptible, I received generous, competent help from the support team that made the transition possible. And this was before we'd even signed a contract for the service (since clearly we had to see if it was going to work before we committed.)
What do you dislike about the product?
We had one incident early on where they incorrectly reported our usage and caused me to panic that I'd spent all this money... that was no fun.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Aptible, we were on bare metal, and that was a much larger management burden for me. Dockerized deployment has been a dream, and the toolset that Aptible offers has been key to our success. Good documentation and excellent, friendly support (even without paying for premium support tier).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need HIPAA compliance and don't want to roll your own, Aptible is wonderful. No regrets.

What do you like best about the product?
Docker integration and simplicity deploy
What do you dislike about the product?
To change DB port on each ssh connection
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep the customers secure and easy to deploy releases using docker images. But also to have access through SSH session to data.

If you mind your data state secure, then this is the way.
