Seamless experience with redeeming Vouchers
What do you like best about the product?
Received most of the Voucher codes immediately

One of the voucher codes took longer (3 days) than others

Getting vouchers instantly and seamlessly
CS team is really customer friendly wid quick response & solution make them unique

The quick response from the customer support team and it's not only a so-called response to the issue but with a productive solution

GUI is not much intutive.GUI could be improved

My problem was with the Gift Voucher expiry date, I asked them to extend it

As such I have not experianced anythink which I dislike. I hope XOXODAY is making all possible effort to avoid dislikes from customer.

More Voucher was not reemable at store. XOXOday customer servide help on how to get redeemed at store correctly.

There is nothing to dislike as such, overall good

I was unable to redeem the points of Decathlon due to an error. The team looked into it and fixed it in the span of 2 hours

Have lost of brand options to choose from. Choose whatever you like. Delivery of the e-vouchers is quick. If you face any issue the support team from Xoxoday Plum is always there to help you.

Now I don't have to worry about what should I gift to someone. Now I can gift them Xoxoday vouchers and they can use them as per their wish.
