Most helpful aspects I would say are -
It offers a platform for recognising employee's for their hardwork, achievement and contributions towards the company. Which includes gift cards and other incentive which really gives us motivation.
There are wide range of products and rewards you can choose from.
We can choose a coupon and get it within minutes.
The interface is pretty user friendly too, one can easily surf through the website without any issues.

There may not a much downside but there are few I would like to address
Sometimes because of an error the coupon code might not work and takes a day or two to work.
A few rewards are available in some geographical regions and not everywhere.
