What do you like best about the product?
We can create all our schemes and can track the impact of schemes easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we search any specific scheme we need to apply many filters but as soon we complete our task the screen get started from home page instead of filtered items only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheme payout calculation makes easily and also the communication for the same is very easy to all users.

You should have a calling feature. sometimes it's hard to communicate over emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Fully online service, wide range of opportunities, secure workflow and amazing customer support

I believe that the final stages of creating a rewards campaign could be better explained without the need to read through the docu's, but all in all, an amazing platform

What do you like best about the product?
1.Compass is any easy tool to helps us calculate different type of trade promotion scheme on easy go and we can track the scheme performance at any point of time.
2.Complex scheme can be easily integrated with the tool.
3.Mathematical accuracy in calculating the reward value.
4.Dealer/network can easily judged its performance in terms of lifting and its discount.
5.Manual work is reduced and we can easily clone same type of scheme in one go by changing the period.
6.New feature which was recently introduce where we can edit the metric and plan get auto corrected is helpful for user and saves lot of time.
7.Customer support from there team members are always there. We can easily reach them in one call and they help us in all possible way in sharing there expertise with us to solve problems or creation of schemes
8. Compass help us in daily routine life to solve our business problems by sharing the portal to reach large mass at one go by sharing our discount schemes.
9 compass is mobile freindly and our dealers like a lot.
10 frequency of use...daily we make trade scheme and float in market to push our sales instead of calling every user about informing the scheme.
11 it saves lots of time & energy for the people.
What do you dislike about the product?
1.Sometimes the payout are not automically refresh and as a user we need to refresh/ recalculate the button every time.
2.Month end data get refreshed on 1 of next month as a result we have to delay our working for matching payout on 2nd day.
3.Currently the login portal is taking longer time in sending otp to user.(6-8 min)
4 Sometimes due to technical glitches at back end even if the scheme are made on complete logic payout comes wrong or we need to reclone the same scheme to wait for payout.
5 user dashboard to see simultaneously all scheme in one page is missing.
6 completed scheme cannot be deleted at user is a problem. Option to delete the same ahould be given to user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compass is helping us to reach our scheme to end user on time and saves lot of time energy and effort for our sales teams.
Clear msg is send to end user without any filteration

What do you like best about the product?
This tool really helps us creating different types of benefits for the stakeholders.As its for them only to get all the details of their transactions.
The tool is quite simple and easy to use although we are using this since past 6 months but still we are very familiar with this one.
What do you dislike about the product?
On perspective of regular user we face some challenges at the time of functioning.
The system does not allow us to get dpne all the desired things at one shot, we have to do it on multiple of times if it about creation.
Some time technical glitch is over there for creating any sort of schemes.
There are lot of advancement needed in this software for the user who consumes and works on daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They provide the overall experience and adaption to the user to use the best out of the tool.
It helps us to get all the details Summary and systematic book for our stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
The best coverage of the coupons they have also covers most parts of the world.
Support is also pretty good about the issues we may report. The frequency of use of their service most of the time with the product we have integrated into.
Glad that we have implemented Xoxoday in our product and it is pretty easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, the coupons don't get delivered as promised. Raising it with their support team helps in delivery of the coupons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the easier way to redeem the coupons with the points I receive from my company-wide recognitions. Having wide range of coupons helps me to explore and redeem what ever I need.

What do you like best about the product?
The team members were very responsive and efficient in solving my feedback, were able to help me solve the problem and redeem coupons, and followed up until the problem was resolved satisfactorily

No, I'm very happy that the team was able to finally solve my problem

What do you like best about the product?
I had a problem receiving my voucher money. there were some technical error. I reached out to customer service of xoxoday and it was solved within 2 hours. It was really easy to use once i got my voucher. And I'm really happy that i got my problem resolved and received my voucher immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I never had any dislikes about xoxoday. It really enjoyed using it.

What do you like best about the product?
My query was heard and worked upon instead of just wasting time. Also, regular updates are provided for the query even if it is getting delayed. Things are easy to use and book.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, they told me that the voucher would be provided soon. But later informed that it would be refunded. In the end, I got the voucher. So, wait till the query is resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product is helping us manage our reward points and redeem them for a variety of options available on their website. It is providing a platform where instead of giving employees the same voucher each time, they are given the option to employees to choose the voucher they like and the amount they want. It is a best option for both as companies also don't have to purchase voucher for each occassion.
