The forum that has been created to provide feedback about employees, also recognizing peers and forecasting their skills, has further inspired peers to work more inspiringly.

The forum should be easier to understand, like explaining how xoxo points can be used and how transactions are done. Basically, a better way to understand the usage of xoxo points.

So far, there is nothing I dislike about Xoxoday Empuls. All I can say is that there's always room for improvement.

The problems that Xoxoday is solving for me is the reminder of birthdays and milestones of my colleagues.

It is helping us solve employee engagement and recognition in a significant way. It's a great product that helps build teamwork and promotes networking amongst different teams across geos. Besides, it's equally rewarding at the same time and maintains a vast Rewards portfolio to choose from.
