Giving reward is a difficult process and navigation is not very smooth
What do you like best about the product?
Frequent reminders and notification help us to keep up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not easy to reward users using UI and share that over the office email system with leaders.

What do you like best about the product?
Great User Interface, its very user friendly. Easy to understand. Self understandable. Good enough options from all verticals. Good help section and well documented.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think bandwidth on the server should be increased, it would help in reducing the lag which will again increase the user friendliness. More options should be given on the user side for more use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helpls me in connecting with people from different domain and verticals. I can know their birthday's and achievements. I can appraise teammates. also can receive appreciation.

Appreciation to collegues and connecting with them. Keeping the good things recorded and providing the feedback .

Nothing so far. All good and i hope team is already working on the improvements.

This is a central tool used to provide us with the information and good works done by our colleagues.
Its fun to deal with, brining our company closer together on the platform.

the ability and variety to write notes or share gifs or pictures.

So far I haven't dealt with any dislikes, it is a simple platform, and it serves its purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Facebook is prohibited in our company due to the distraction it might cause. so solving the fun communication between the employees in a fun way was beneficial.

We can use it in a wide range of merchant as well as online banking like GCash and gaming like Steam.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, hopefully more merchant can be added in here.

It helps us to remain in contact with our peers and also make groups regarding a specific interest of ours like Sports, Gaming, reading etc and share thoughts on the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if it can be integrated in google chat itself and i don't have to open a separate tab for it in my chrome as it becomes a little tough to do so regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me being in touch with m colleagues and their achievements which i may miss specially in our hybrid office wherein we don't go to office everyday and hence it benefits me.

The best thing is you are connected with all the employees on one platform.Knowing all upcoming and ongoing events .

nothing as per my usage.I don't feel anything needs to be modified.But makemytrip is all about changes.So looking forward for new updates as well.

Its easy to know whats going on inside Makemytrip.

Ease of use, structured flow and an engaging platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Works very well but may be we can add more features like providing vouchers options for redemption from the platform.

It is a very good platform to recognize, engage and appreciate the employees. It gives them visibility across the org and helps motivates the employees. The various interest groups also helps meeting like-minded people through the platform.
Not happy with the reward system. There must be flexibility to select the number of points.

The categories of the awards are really inspiring and thoughtful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product catalogs need to be improved. There should be flexibility with points to be given to others. Sometimes we need to disperse the points available to multiple people.
