the platform's pricing can be a bit steep, especially for small businesses.

Lack of recognition: Many employees feel undervalued and unappreciated, which can lead to low morale, decreased motivation, and high turnover rates. Xoxoday Empuls helps organizations establish a culture of recognition by providing a platform for managers and peers to recognize and reward employees for their hard work and achievements.

A great platform to appreciate and recognize our colleague efforts and work.
What do you like best about the product?
A place to highlight the good work of an individual which gets highlight from the different geo's and to all levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now in major but just and addition of the notification to be more frequent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that it is solving is to ensure that our TM's are been appriciated and brought in spot light

Reward points are great but apart from that many team members work go unnoticed but with this complete company can know how hard people are working and how impactful they are.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is on dislike i have that the mobile version is not that good take the login process or smooth UI, mobile version need some improvement, this is the only problem i have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves rewarding for small small helps which needs to be rewarded but go unnoticed, applauding colleagues for the great work they had done and giving visibility to complete organisation.

I like the leaderboard of this app. It creates competition and fun around the office.

The downside of this app is that it is unable to use on mobile (e.g., We can't redeem the amount we got)

The UI is good, but sometimes it feels like too much space is wasted.

I am satisfied with what the program has to offer.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a highly professional, informative, and fun way to communicate what is going on within the organization and among my co-workers. I like that I can view events and the company's business progress individually and as an organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't believe there is anything I do not like about Xoxoday Empulus. It is a great program, and I appreciate having access to such an exciting program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of being able to find out about communications that you would typically have to email to Management or Human Resources. It gives you an opportunity to review essential information about the business and how we are doing and to also give insight of the business and to also get to know co-workers.
Good platform to earn GCs.

Good thing about it is that they provide Gift cards for many e-commerce applicatoins.

Never came across a feature to dislike it.
