no option for cash, it was there previously.

Great choice to choose from. User Friendly and Timely in regards to response from the team regarding the points and how to utilise them. Great way to promote the users.

Found nothing in particular. Have reservations for the deductions in points while carrying out a transaction. Lesser option in converting to cash or direct bank transfer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timely quizzes and game keep us updated and try to identify where we need to focus more to get more points. Also helps in brushing up the missing aspects in regards to quiz.

N number of Voucher options as per your convenience and the best part is you get all the vouchers instantly

Nothing as such but It would be better if you upload more vouchers and including UPI

In the Initial days Mercedes used not provide us our incentives directly but now it comes to us directly without any reduction.

easy to use and xoxo have partnered with a lot of brands that gives us a lot of great options to choose from

I believe procedure to claim vouchers could have been easier as it was a struggle in the start on how to register as I wasn't getting the option

From employees standpoint one can get xoxo vouchers based on performance so it incentivizes quality of work for me

Xoxoday is helping organisation to provide platform for redeeming the organisation reward points/miles.
Go to Gift Card store. Period.

It is an excellent site to cash in your employee points for gift cards of any brand you might find helpful. The best thing is they have most of the brand's gift cards which you might use daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to navigate something through the website. Apart from that no other issues encountered so far

It helps us reward & recognize our colleagues for their excellent work & support through this portal. They can then redeem the points for gift cards of their liking, which makes them feel recognized at the organization.
Experiance was nice in general but i wish i could get the voucher converted into phonepe wallet

Voucher Issue Resolution
What do you like best about the product?
My Voucher was expired, of course. My fault that I haven't used it in the given duration. The team understood the customer's query and the problem instead of blaming me. And they have provided 110% per cent to resolve my issue by giving me daily updates without asking.

All was good. I did not find anything wrong.

It solved me my Gift Voucher issue which was expired and they helped me to extend the voucher.
