I'm genuinely impressed with the support that I get and so far I have had a good response from Bharath, Mallik, and Manoj.

Empuls is a concept built on employee pulse; hence, I am looking at this portal to give us more options and explore employee engagement.
I still haven't gotten a good review on the monthly calendar, I had given my feedback on the same and I expect 2023 to have great events mentioned on the calendar year.

It gives you the opportunity to appreciate your peers and highlight it to the teams, which boosts morale.

Nothing Really, so far it's been great so far.

Before I used Empuls, I felt like when an organization wanted to recognize someone, it would only be one-way communication (whether it was email communication). But with this, it can help to get employees' feedback.
