A new transparent and efficient way to organize all of our companies tasks
What do you like best about the product?
The UX is awesome, everything is so super simple and intuitive. It just makes sense. Furthermore very handy are

When our team has started off using Monday.com, it was just about 10 users. Within a couple of days the word spread internally and other teams and department joined us, which makes it much easier now to collaborate.

What do you dislike about the product?
As a product manager myself, there are of course always things that could be improved or made better. But they are not worth to mention in a serious review. It's just a very powerful and logical tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we had our own internal task tracking tool. Today, company wide task tracking we do currently from within the tool in almost every department. To manage client issues, versions, upgrades, marketing and product tasks. And many, many other simpler and smaller tasks, because.. - it's just so easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you continously visit their webinars and tipps to improve efficiency, use their integrations and automations to the full level. Even have an internal "monday expert" that studies the tool and visits the different departments and shows them how to optimize it.

What do you like best about the product?
The customization level and being able to create boards for many different kinds of projects is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could have 2 differently configurated groups within one board. The automation options are confusing also. I couldn't figure out how to do what I wanted to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm tracking the progress of projects from quoting, invoicing, ordering, shipping, production etc.
Monday.com has been an incredible game changer for our business efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to visually see where we are on all projects and to visibly click "complete" has been incredibly helpful. We are able to work collaboratively on projects, manage them in a way that is easy for our team to understand and update, and is easy for our clients to join in on when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limits on how many guests we can have is frustrating, because our staff is small (team of 5) but we're limited to only bringing in 4 guests until we're charged for a new user. I'd like to see a model where we could have unlimited single channel guests for interacting with clients on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many. We're able to keep to-do lists in a way that is much more efficient, and we're able to assign tasks to anyone on the team. We're able to share files and progress with each other and also track the overall progress of our client projects. We use this for high level project management and also for day to day operations work so it is really now an integral part of our office culture. It has changed things for our team immensely.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommended. It's a little different than other platforms in this space, but don't let the visual nature fool you... it is feature rich, powerful, has incredible automations, great support, and will save your business time.
Must-have for any business
What do you like best about the product?
It's very useful to keep track of everything when working on projects, not to mention that it's very easy to use. I've had some questions and they got answered very quickly, so the support is definitely good. The dashboard is very clean and everything is easy to find. Also, it's very nice to be able to see what everyone is working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be completely honest, this one is a tough one to answer. I LOVE Monday. Probably the only thing I dislike is that it's a bit pricey for smaller businesses. The cheapest option is $40, which, obviously, is almost nothing to bigger businesses, but I can see why smaller ones would prefer to do everything via, for example, Excel. Also, when the trial ends, you can't export the tasks and other stuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Monday, we had a real problem with planning and tracking everything. We work in the travel industry and often have to call hostels, restaurants and other companies to plan vacations, and it was a complete mess before we started using Monday, we just couldn't keep track of it all. Monday allowed us to keep track of calls, projects, complaints and files, and everything was just so much easier with Monday.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're having trouble with keeping track of everything, or you're tired of using Excel or other spreadsheet software that are not really easy to use to keep track of things, then I'd definitely recommend you to use Monday. It's fully customizable, easy to use and overall just clean and easy on the eye.

With the ease of the automation - which nice to have - there are quite a few bugs, and the automation don't always work well.

I like this software because it focus on helping me develop my priority projects and improve my workflow. Monday.com offers a very organized space that displays the tasks beautifully and puts collaboration as its first priority. I love that its materials are well-rounded and it does not take much effort to start using the software.
When scheduling, I like to have in mind that my other projects will not get in the way, and this is why Monday.com is so good, because its calendar options makes it impossible to make a mistake, and I have everything in order without any worries.

I don't like how the mobile app operates since there is a big difference between the web app, and I would love it if Monday.com put the same features in the mobile app.

We do a lot of scheduling. At work, it's important to keep track of these schedules to make sure everything goes the way it should. That's why we use Monday.com, because it's simple and with its algorithm the changes of making mistakes are very little.

I think the guides offered by the software should be read and tested first before starting to use the software, since these are very helpful to understand the sofware and make the experience go smoothly.
Easy and magnificent tool for task management.
What do you like best about the product?
It is the best platform for project management, with a fully customizable workflow to manage what you want and in your own way. Its user interface is very flexible and meets all needs. It is very easy to integrate with external tools to keep all work in one place, its automations allow you to eliminate manual work from routine tasks. And the best thing is its color coding that facilitates the visual organization of information and tracking progress at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the time that I have been using monday.com the only thing I would really like to be able to set my notification preferences for the dashboard, instead of a global configuration, otherwise I have not had any problem with the program.

monday.com is used by our marketing department to manage projects as a team or individually. As a work management tool, it helps us track our tasks, all in one place. Thanks to its ease of follow-up we can visualize what any work team is doing and how long they take in the projects, this allows us to keep abreast of everything that happens in the company with respect to the projects, but also helps us identify the bottlenecks in the projects.

This tool helps keep any work team fully organized and on track to meet the deadlines for the projects. monday.com is highly recommended for the development of large-scale projects. It has a free application for iOS and Android devices so it can be kept updated on the fly. If you are looking for a tool that allows you to easily and quickly manage projects and tasks, then at monday.com you will find the option, at a lower cost than other programs of its kind.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a platform that undoubtedly has everything for the proper management of plans and projects. It has exellent customization capatibilities that I can't find on any other platform, so I can configure it and make it feel much more comfortable.
I love that I show all my plans in a much more representatice and visual structure, the organization by segmentation and columns makes everything much sumpler and more practical. Another point in favor, the communication and messaging system, has contributed gratly to collaborative work, strengthening communication between project colleagues.
The filter and search system is practically automated and effective. The link between the boards makes the work much more collaborative, and the monitoring of the project allows us to immediately find what we need.
The calendar, organizers, templates and segmentation options make all the administration and project management work much easier.

Without knowing it, I found an ideal platform to perform all my project management work, it completely conforms to my system standards. It has everything I need, it is an economical tool, it does not have such high prices, its tools are practical and simple but very useful, the configuration and customization is fast, simple and makes me always feel comfortable.
I have only one criticism of the follow-up, it can be slow sometimes and it doesn't take everything in real time, which is a bit annoying when it comes to managing the project.

With the implementation of Monday.com I have achieved great things in the company that I work for, the organization of plans and projects is much faster and more effective, the task tracking makes getting everything more practical. We managed to link to the work team, together we achieved better communication so that each project we wanted to carry out is done impeccably and excellently.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is very easy to use, I like because the lists can be edited at any time by several people, you can also move very easily the columns and rows to customize the view, this has a customer service that is wonderful, because when there is any inconvenience I always get a good quick response, with details and momentum. These tools are quite nice, is easy to use and also has colors that are incredible to give that personal touch that we like so much. You can have a nice team collaboration, you can share and have a good communication. His way of managing projects is effective and the automation and integration tools are really important and useful.

The truth is that it has helped me in my projects and I have known how to take advantage of all its qualities and virtues that a great tool like this has. I feel that the tools have to be given the proper use to get everything good out of it. Sincerely with this tool I can execute projects in a professional way.

The team has found the best way to work and manage projects with this tool, you can create and share forms. Monday.com helps us all to stay in communication and that we can collaborate as a team, also helps the administration of projects that is done daily. Moday.con has a good management of tasks, can be created easily, you can assign tasks to several people, helps you keep track of all reminders, great technical support. It helps you solve problems and nothing is left on hold, easy to use for people who are not technical and has great flexibility.
