A product like Monday is the only way to be efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Working for a global company, we can work on collaborative boards together.
What do you dislike about the product?
For what I Monday for I don't have any negative feedback
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Started in the pandemic, we needed to find a way to help us collaborate and work together without doing double the work

Monday is very helpful with managing and organizing your tasks
What do you like best about the product?
The diversity and agility, with it's automations and agility, Monday enables a fast-tracking self management
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that i can thing of at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the ability to prioritize on a daily basis, in a fast-changing work environment
Amazing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Monday for couple of years and I think is an excellent tool to keep on track projects and simple tasks that are relative to your personal life and business. I also found out that Monday has many applications that makes your work easier and simpler that other programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love Monday, even though, the app is very complicated to use with your phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Monday I can plan projects ahead and keep tracking the outcomes
Affordable and very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
So easy to start using without a lot of training. Standard version allows me to do what I need and let guests use the board to make updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still trying to figure out what dashboard templates I can use to help see what I need easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to see all tasks and who's assigned, what the status is.
Manage my projects is easier
What do you like best about the product?
the flexibility monday has to manage multiple kinds of projects or resources. from tickets to scrum sprints.
What do you dislike about the product?
pricing for the small teams is too high whenever you are starting you are almost out of monday. free tier is ok, but the limit is too tight
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday is helping me and my team to manage correctly the work in progress and defining the projects scope.
A to do list worth sticking to!
What do you like best about the product?
Its clear and intuitive, but still powerful and highly customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited integration with microsoft teams, would like to be able to create a todo from a chat message.

Staying on top of multiple projects.
A brilliant tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is customisable, so we build project management, dashboards, task tracking and resource management to fit our needs, and can adapt as the business changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't feel Monday really acts a CRM in the way I need it to. I'm sure we could build it, but it feels like more work than something off the shelf and less powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com provides our business with a management tool that provides visibility across projects for our team and for our clients. It creates transparency over workloads and allows clear and simple communication on tasks and projects.
Transparency & efficiency at its best
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to cebtralise all the information of a project within a single place. No emails, no ppts, no excels. And immediate exchanges are done through the comment fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like that the guests we are able to add to the board were illimited at least with only view rights as our projects are huge and we have extensive stakeholders that need visibility too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use to use a wide variety of software and tools to store information and to communicate with the stakeholders. With monday we've gained on time and visibility
Simple and practical
What do you like best about the product?
Is an intuitive solution that allows you to manage long processes easily, I like being able to have several people involved and that each of them can have their control

I have nothing negative about it. So far, I'm pretty satisfied with the solution.

Process management, task organization, scaling projects, knowing how things are going without having to ask

Easy to use. It is a tool that can be used for different things to keep track off and helps organize.

I would say the cost for membership enrollments.

The graphing and dashboards are very helpful when creating reports.
