Great Software

What do you like best about the product?
The forms are what I use the most. It allowed us to implement an application process for our company directly through our website due to the iframe capability that it had.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like how on the forms you are unable to change the type of question from short answer to long answer. The data is still text so this should be possible. Also, pagination would be ideal on forms as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was a domain issue that was preventing us from using Google Forms as a team with university emails. We no longer have that issue with Monday.com and its software.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Monday.com is that I can track multiple types of items - not just tasks for software development, but all aspects of a project. From a project's inception to its closure. I can also add enhancements with moday's API.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike the most is the lack of integration with Azure DevOps. It would be really nice to have so I can tie tasks to pull requests and commits. Also the scrum capabilities are pretty basic, but they work!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use monday.com b/c we have multiple teams that have different workflows. Using a project like Jira just didn't work for the teams outside of software development. Monday.com bridges that gap and helps us all work in a unified application.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation option. It frees up so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Monday would sync with our Dog Biz software we use for our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mondauy.com has made follow up emails with clients a breeze. The automated emails save our office so much time. It also helps us track where a client is in our processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is extremely intuitive ,simple to implement and and get using application. Easy to customize to fit any project and assigning of tasks is aslo very simple. The visual layout and easy to monitor each project progress has been great features in Monday.com
What do you dislike about the product?
It's an extremely easy to use application . Easy to implement and configure.We have no regret on this application. Monday.com is perfect for our projects management needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has an extremely responsive tech support team. It's very affordable and easy to customize to fit your needs. Very minimal training is required for staff members to use the application.

The organization and automation tool you definitely need

What do you like best about the product?
Monday makes it so easy to collaborate with team members on projects. We specifically use this for graphic design submissions to our designer. It helps us to streamline the process and also allow multiple people to submit.
The other thing that we've been enjoying are the automations for processes and systems to ensure things happen the same way every time. Setting up onboarding and offboarding automations for clients is something we've just scratched the surface of and are excited to see what else is possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a minor learning curve to get everyone on board, but once they log in and know what boards they need to pay attention to, it's very easy to get the team on board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is allowing us to have a central place of data for certain parts of our business, set up automations for processes to ensure not only that the action steps happen, but they happen the same way each time.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very similar to JIRA. The monday.com tries to keep things simple and elegant. It makes it extremely easy to manage daily tasks at our organization. Also the notification system is super useful to be on track with updates and also get things done more efficiently. It is very versatile, real-time and a game changer project management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should have been an ability to rearrange the task tabs so that we could arrange it based on priority. Also, creating subtasks would be a great feature to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My client is just starting to build their IT infrastructure. They needed something less expensive, easier to maintain project tracker and it seems monday.com has been a boon for them. Since, they are a startup , real-time communication is very important and due to some reason we didnt have the bandwidth to use tools like Teams or other chatting options. This was where using monday.com was a great option.

What do you like best about the product?
All tasks and tasks are in one place without media discontinuity, always transparent about the status of my tasks and those of my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Differences in the functionality of monday on the EU instances and the US instances in AWS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we used a variety of different tools to perform all the tasks that we now perform consolidated in one place in monday. Furthermore, with monday we break down silos, because we are now able to cooperate cross-functionally and cross-border within a single platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm not sure if I can nail down one most helpful thing about Monday.com, there really are a ton of great features. It's easy to collaborate, and you can do so much to customize different projects and items to fit whatever type of project you're working on. I think the UX is great as well and easy to learn how to use, though I still feel like I regularly find out about features I didn't know about from co-workers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have had issues with is the search feature within Monday. It doesn't search comments within items so sometimes it makes it a bit challenging to track down specific items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stay organized and collaborating more efficiently with teams internally, as well as with external partners.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that graphics and the design of the app let you follow up on your work and each member of your team and your team´s performance, work hours and effort

Can´t think of anything that I didn´t like. ABSOLUTELY!

Its solving the work load of a team of 8 architects and about 32 projects going on for about 4 years, making us more productive and focused in getting things done
