The Unicorn of Work Management Tools
What do you like best about the product?
There are too many to list. From the board variety to the automation and integrations - it is hard to find something that lacks. The company is always improving and releasing new features. They have a transparent idea portal with a roadmap to see what is next. The tool is easy and intuitive to use, and if you want to become a power user, there are a lot of resources to help you learn the platform's intricacies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't say I really dislike anything. I have been using Monday.com since early 2020. Everything that I had wished they had then they have since implemented. We even use Monday.com for personal use (Party planning, household projects, budgeting, etc.)!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me track projects at a high level and the minute details. We integrate it with Typeform to capture survey responses to analyze the data. It helps me track my individual tasks. We integrate with Fellow, and I can pull in my action items from there to track in Monday. We track new hires and associated onboarding tasks. The rest of my organization uses it for informational purposes (company directory, asset tracking, etc.) and project management. I know many of my colleagues also use it for personal task tracking. I even have a board template for onboarding my new direct reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is the best tool for UAT monitoring and controlling tickets and task manageable for every project.
Its colorful and notified for each actions will always keep in touch with all activities during work hours.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it get struck with permissions.
When we assign some tickets with other developers it get wrongly assigned.so the developers gets notified about it.
Yes try to improve the tickets drag and drop movement seamlessly and improve some lagging that would be helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently i have noticed that , some layout in web browser view is correctly aligned and its not breaking when i reduced the window size and they keep on improving their performance and minor bugs.

Ease of use. It is very easy to customize Monday.com to do what every you need it to do for tracking data.

The reporting features of Monday.com are weak.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to accomplish multiple tasks with Monday.com. I use it as a CRM and project tracking tool.
Very good platform for projects management and making the workers to be more productive.
What do you like best about the product?
Boards management, tasks submissions, automations. Direct messages and notifications to email and slack account. Filtering tasks in boards. Substask management of a task. And commenting of a task - I mean writing updates and making conversation about the task in the task thread.
What do you dislike about the product?
Organization of archived "done" tasks. Because my team always open another board for each month to collect all completed tasks. We dont use these boards. It works as our archive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tasks logging and priorization. A good organization which task is assigned to whom. And the chat thread that each task has helps to keep track of the discussion.
It is an excellent platform, very intuitive and with plenty of tools that can be added in PM.

It is intuitive, easy to use, and contains quite a few tools.

Others can edit your work (they could integrate user verification or change verification)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improve the tracking and control of projects, as well as the creation of activity and progress reports for them.
The platform is very useful to have a complete overview of your workloads

It is easy to use even if you do not know the platform or have little experience using it.

Double mail sent by the platform and the application does not synchronize in time

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is one of the best Saas platforms available for managing. Its collaboration with different platforms like DAM, Calender, Tracking etc., makes it very convenient for the user to manage and monitor programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com offers different services based on the subscription plan, which is sometimes a little costly for the user. Also, integrating Monday.com with our services takes a significant amount of time by their time in reviewing the changes.

Integrating the Monday.com plugin with services makes it convenient for users to use the Monday.com directly feature to create custom services. It's also best for creative collaboration.
