What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy and intuitivie. We use it for so many features like cross-functional collaboration, tracking feature requests and even new employee onboarding. It has helped us streamline a lot of processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. Sometimes, it loads a bit slow even when the network is good, but that is not a deal-breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use monday.com to have different workspaces for different teams and also use that as a tool for cross-functional collaboration, like the Success and the Engineering team, Product and the engineering team.
I love using monday.com to integrate in Notion to create forms and receive info automatically
What do you like best about the product?
I love using monday.com to create forms (time-off requests, billing submissions, etc.) where each member can find the questionnaire inside of a Notion page in a very visual and simple way to fill, and it's sent to Monday.com in a very organized way and ready to be able to create automation to send emails responding to each request once it was reviewed, without the need to write all the content from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be the price to startups. Once you get to know all you can do with monday.com and Notion. As a startup may be difficult to keep both Notion and monday.com in your budget. May be great to get a discount for using both apps
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receiving requests by using forms views: Jobs applications, Time-off requests, billing submissions
Automate actions with status property: Responses for job applications, send files to an email involved, keep on track of projects and notify members involved.
Including slack integrations helped us notify our members when a new incident in a product is created and the incident is included on Monday.com and notified in a specific slack channel

What do you like best about the product?
This platform is making our work team more dynamic and brainstorming, thanks to its practical and interactive tools, such as customizable templates for the development of work plans. The drag-and-drop tool makes the work much more fluid and faster. It is very easy to move, easy to handle and the best thing is that we can invite other users, such as clients, to expose the work plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is important to emphasize that all participants must have an excellent internet connection for the interaction to be smooth and comfortable and the experience to be taken advantage of. Being a platform to create new ideas, it needs a more modern design, but this is just my appreciation. Otherwise, I think it is a very useful program, especially in these times of remote work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to this program all departments are working in an organized way and as a real team. We are more focused on goals and objectives and we can clearly expose ideas and proposals, regardless of distances. It also allows us to edit simultaneously and in real time, the files and documents that we upload, so that the tasks are streamlined in an efficient way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We highly recommend this program to all companies of all sizes, since in our organization it has meant a great improvement in terms of proposals, ideas and new strategies for our projects, so our customers are much more satisfied, our projects are delivered on time and our team is much more productive.
An easy no nonsense project management tool that lets you do most things for free and without hassle
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use best, everything is super clear and simple to understand. Barely any learning curve at all. All in all, it is a super simple PM tool that is great for small companies and big alike.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not the best I have seen, feels a little clunky in places at times. But the overall feeling is simple. I would've preferred though if the UI and general design were much better applied. It would've looked a little cleaner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A very clear understanding of tasks and priorities. Usually, you just need a few things done with only the important information present. So this allows for that.

If you can look past the clunky UI then this is a great tool for all your project management needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps me and my team organize tasks and be aware of our workflow. We are sent updates when there is a deadline coming close for a certain project even outside the Monday workspace. It helps you and your team be more efficient, in short.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to see performances of individuals shown by Monday OS based on timelines, workload, etc. There is another point too that Monday.com can improve on, there should be added option to create steps or subcategories in tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool helps in keeping things in the correct order. We utilize Monday.com to make our video animation work environment better managed.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a few things I really enjoy about Monday.com
The flow and UI, the customization, the ease at which everything works together while still allowing department separation... but the thing I love most about Monday is the Support. Whether it's a bug, a suggestion, or user error they are always fast, always knowledgable, and always courteous. They always follow up afterward as well. It is something my company strives for, so I appreciate it greatly in others. Oh, and the Monday labs! Great add-ons to even further customize your experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't type in any dates...
You have to use a calendar style picker but that picker doesn't have input availability. This means you have to scroll a list for the year and then use arrows to cycle through the months. When inputting large amounts of data, sometimes for accounts we have had for 20 years, something that takes 2 seconds to type can take 30sec-1 min. Multiply this by 100... you get the point.
Any other concern I have had has been addressed and is no longer a concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many benefits!!!
Our team is much better connected, tickets that start in support can be easily transferred to Sales or Customer Care. The tracking link makes it easy to record any emails and by sharing these updates can be seen by everyone that needs it. No more forgotten tickets, even those that are temporarily stuck have reminders and are VISIBLE to the team. Personal boards help me manage my time better and my workload without getting in the way of key shared data, while still remaining linked so info is always up to date. The more I learn about Monday, the more I love it!

Easy and efficient to get started in project management.
What do you like best about the product?
Tools that allow customization of each project. Accurate registration and different ways to visualize the flow of tasks. Compared to other similar platforms, the synchronization of the tools with Google products works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It simply lacks more tools or resources that can automate functions. Moday can improve on its diagnostic and download format options. More functions to measure the results of each project and identify errors.

Great automation and date tracking with easy assignment capabilities
What is our primary use case?
My office is a boutique immigration firm. We use Monday to keep track of our active cases from beginning to end.
It helps us organize our different departments and keep track of who had what case and how they are working on it. We use Monday to provide guidance on different cases from beginning to end. We also use Monday for administrative tasks and projects. We are able to organize our different departments and sort out important cases on Monday. The automation helps everything run smoothly.
How has it helped my organization?
Monday has greatly improved the accountability everyone in my firm has regarding cases. Case managers are able to quickly assign cases and we can keep track of the entire process on Monday.
We are able to see all the active cases we have on a day-to-day basis and quickly assign them if they are unassigned. We have been able to organize each department thoroughly and separate them as necessary. We also have used Monday to aid in administrative tasks throughout both offices. It aids in our office-to-office communication as well.
What is most valuable?
We thoroughly enjoyed the automation to help us see where our cases are going next. The entire visual aspect of Monday is also a great resource for our firm as it makes it easy for us to point out certain things and for our management meetings to go smoothly.
The ability to track dates and times we need cases to be completed has been of great use to my firm. Our attorneys are able to monitor and track our cases with ease every day as they please. It has greatly improved how we track out cases and hit our deadlines.
What needs improvement?
Having more integrations for different specialties that use Monday would be great. Monday is awesome as it is, however, expanding would also be helpful.
Monday should have people reach out to different heads of businesses in different sectors to see how they use Monday and create more templates and maybe even videos on how they use it so there are more ways for people who are just starting out to find more examples to see how to tailor Monday to their needs.
I met up with a specific immigration attorney who helps immigration firms organize and pull their business to more paperless solutions she introduced us to Monday and showed us how she uses it and we tailored it for our needs.
For how long have I used the solution?
My office has been using Monday.com for over two years.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We only used paper to "assign"/give assignments and Excel to track our cases. It was hard to keep track of who had each case and how they were doing with the assignments. The papers would also get lost in files or paper stacks, so a lot of assignments were falling through the cracks. It was hard to maintain and the switch to Monday was excellent for our case tracking. On Monday, we are able to notify those who are newly assigned to a case and track their work as well. All of our case tracking and assignments are easily visible to everyone in the firm so that nothing falls through the cracks if it is put on Monday.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Having someone from Monday work with you on your needs for Monday is a great way to get started. It helps you see the price you should go for.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
We met with an immigration attorney who works with organizing businesses. She said Monday was the best one so we stuck wiith it.

The interface is really simple and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The servers have issues somewhat frequently and the text fields are so small that it can be easy to miss details.

It is a very useful and intuitive tool but do some research and know its limitations before paying for it.
