Awesome Project Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
User friendliness. Everyone able toeasily nagivate the UI. Never have issues with servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to download full boards onto other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlinin project management and communication across applicable parties.

What do you like best about the product?
I have started using Monday.com in my organization last year and it was been a 360 turnaround on my workload. I used to do everything in Googleslides and it was always a challenge to follow up with the other stakeholder , but with Monday my projects are way better organized and the deadlines are always completed on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone on our organization uses Monday.com so that cause a challenge when following up with stakeholders that do not have a Monday.com account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making my projects more organized and help me out not needing to send out a bunch of emails but having the whole story of the project in just one place

Collating project hours information at end financial year.

Nothing its perfect! Easy to use and visually friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features of monday.com is its flexibility. You can customize it to fit your team's specific needs and workflows. The visual boards serve as a great foundation for managing tasks, projects, and processes. Additionally, the various views available, such as Kanban boards, calendars, timelines, and Gantt charts, make planning and visualizing work more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot provide any specific dislikes or criticisms related to that aspect of the software.

Automating saves so much time
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to automate Excel sheets saves so much time from having to manually go through and update row by row while allowing to see the changes in real-time. Really helps showing customer accurate data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the birthday notifications.

Being able to customize automations is really beneficial

monday is really flexible and allows for all sorts of project boards to be managed and the integration with Jira is a great time saver

Sometimes it can be slow to load or move items around if there is lots of data on a board

Allows for all projects and roadmaps to be managed in a centralised portal and consistent format

A project management tool for people who aren't project managers
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a project management tool for people who aren't project managers, so you dont need advanced skills or training to use it. It's very visual and intuitive so quick to get started. I like the fact that there are lots of training tips and short videos to help you get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to link sub-tasks and items into the dependencies for the Gannt chart
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides clear visibility for the whole team so everyone knows their tasks and deadlines. Plus it shows progress and dependencies clearly so we can easily identify snags and blockers.

What do you like best about the product?
Clear and concise visual updates on project Statuses, which enables quick references to where a particular project is at.
What do you dislike about the product?
Character limits when providing further descriptive updates

Condenses down multiple varying projects in to quick reference updates to enable project tracking

Monday is easy to use and organize projects throughout our Marketing team.

Monday isn't as asthetically pleasing as Asana.
