Great project and time management tool. Prevents things from falling into the cracks.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the automations i can configure to the tasks and be confident that these tasks will move down the pipeline when a certain action happens (an action that I or my team members take)
I like the email reminders it sets when you use the reminder feature an dhow it gives a snap shot of the text on the card in the email. This way I can tell which task is the reminder for without leaving my email
I like the fact that I can create a lot of work flows from scratch or I can use the existing template and tweak it to match the needs of the project
I like how I can create private boards just for myself or for a couple of team members and how I can invite people from outside of the organization to either have visibility over a certain board or have the ability to edit, without having visibility to all of the organization's boards

Nothing in particular. Sometimes I need a feature that doesn't exist, and I reach out to the support team for help. They will tell me if they have it and if they don't they will show me a work around or tell me that they will put it in their idea backlog

I recommend Monday for project, task, and time management, especially if you are working with a team and the project completion depends on the collective effort of the team.
Everytime you get stuck on a task, type the issue and watch the videos. reach out ot the support team, they respond so fast

What do you like best about the product?
THE SIMPLICITY! SO NICE AND CLEAR, REALLY EASY TO SEE ALL MY TASK AND GOALS FOR THE QUARTER. I really like to be able to see what my next quarter is looking like. Also, I find that having the notifications via Email is a great way to have stronger and more clear visibility on my next task. Also, I would like to add additionally that the Like feature for message is a fanstastic way to go over some quick important points
ALso. the fact we can like any social media or a gmail, be able to actually TAG an user is fantastic. Tagging someone makes it easier to to follow up for small and critical tasks. Also, I love the admin panel side of things. The administration of the Monday platform is so so easy and easy to use. After one or two tries on the admin panel preferences, I was able to add users, revoke user'S access, transfer board ownership and other admin activites very easily. I am new to the admin side of IT and Monday made it easy to navigate through the admin functions and trask to be done. Afterwards, when training new colleague, they were also amazed by the simplicity of the admin panel

Having some XP, like leveling up and providing XP within the team, like if someone finishes a task earlier, he can earn a badge and some more XP to their profile!

It is easy to use and has lots of functionality in keeping tasks

Able to move multiple tasks at one time. Tables have multiple customizable columns

Following up on a board. If something is Done, should ask if want to remove from the board. If something is stuck or on hold for more than 2 weeks, not able to set a reminder.

The amount of time it takes to set up correctly, however this is a requirement to get everything flowing in order.

The flexibility. Compared to other project management platform, Monday.com offers far more flexibility to build a board that works

Not really a dislike, but there are some limitations when using sub-items.
Also, bit annoying that when you use a numbers column as a currency it won't show the last digit if it's a 0. Ie. £450.50 will show as £450.5

We used Monday as an interface between us and our clients. It gives total transparency on what we're working on and what the status is
Using this platform has helped my team become organized. We have been able to keep track of tasks!

I like the possibility of adjusting each board to my needs everything is there. All the automations allow real real-time monitoring without doing anything.

I would like it to be possible to put several stopwatches, on a row and a column, on the same time slot.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and user friendly Monday is to use. Especially with todays ever changing atmosphere, things have been so hectic trying to navigate the new work environment. Monday makes it to where we can keep up with activites and goals that we need to keep track of.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say I dislike about Monday is that creating a new board seems a bit tricky at first.

I can easily see what my coworkers are stuck on and may need help with without having to ask them and can easily help where needed.
