Monday.com keep me super organized and helps me get things done in a timely fashion.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to add tasks and groups and also create multiple boards to keep certain items separate from one another. I also love the color feature where you can change colors when changing the status of a task. It makes it easier for me to see what is done and what needs to be done. Lastly, I love the integration with Slack and my email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really at this time; if anything, it would be nice to personalize the look of Monday.com and also boards. Change backgrounds of the whole board text etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization; Monday.com helps me get tasks done on time and also stay organized as more information comes in about the task. Instead of scrolling through emails, I use Monday.com to house all the info I need when working on a specific task.

Ideal Environment for Individual Work Tracking & Delegating/Reviewing Content with an Extended Team
What do you like best about the product?
Simple setup and support for multiple workspaces make it easy to track and report on the work that I (as a marketer) do for marketing teams, manage requests from sales and customer support teams, and execute longer-term product management projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have time tracking and some basic charts in the standard version (these are pro items for $80/month)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday makes it easy for parts of my business to see the work that I've created for other departments and put in requests for work without needing to message me directly.
Monday's public boards enable others to make explicit requests (projects with items & subitems) that are respectful of my schedule.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're thinking about Monday as an alternative to Airtable, Asana, Trello (similar products I have used), I don't think you'll go wrong.
I wish I knew how to train other users from my company on Monday more efficiently - it took me a few weeks to develop my 'main Monday board' in a way that works for me (and is easily understood by my boss). If you're looking to have a couple of users create their ideal reporting environments (with some standardization, of course) I'd encourage everyone to undergo that process at the same time.

Very Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like every structure of the Monday board. Easy to assigned and report tasks. Very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
no built in chats. I think this feature must be added soon.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is easy to get the hang of. There isn't much that I want to do that I can't figure out by clicking around.
I also like how they handle permissions for workspaces and boards. It's pretty easy to manage the access to the relevant boards.

Confusing name. We had to come up with a nickname in our company. I know that the name of technology companies is slim pickings nowadays, but we need the phrase "on Monday" to refer to the day of the week.

Sprints, roadmaps, to-do lists. Easy to share company-wide.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the UX and Design of Monday.com. It's easy to use, customize and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to lose details when adding updates or attaching items to updates. Honestly not the worst thing though, since you can search for items...the trick is remembering what to search for.

Monday.Com is a potent Project Management tool, but behind its power is its simplicity. The setup of Monday.Com is so simple, and you couldn't believe that it can cover Project Management from top to bottom.

So far, I have nothing to dislike within Monday.Com.

In our day-to-day deliverables, we tackle all sorts of open items, roadblocks, and challenges in our projects. Monday.Com has helped us eliminate all inconsistencies within our project management. It has also helped our team to collaborate more freely with one another, making knowledge sharing enjoyable.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how you can add attachments and updates to each individual task and the ability to email an update. The search tool is also great! You can find a board easily without having to scroll to find it. You can also find an individual task. Automations are awesome too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I don't like. Maybe sometimes it can be a little slow to load the boards, but it used to be slower, is a bit faster now.

I used to have a lot of organizational problems and Monday has helped me overcome that. The reminders you can set are great. There is no way I would go back to a spreadsheet to keep track of all the things I have to keep track of.
