Good experience with monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
I like best the way you can use monday.com for managing multiple projects at the same time. It is easy to switch between them. I like that I can connect Monday with Slack which I use with my team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many thinghs that I dislike about monday.com. Let's say it is the slow answering of the support team. I used it only once, but it was slower than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am managing projects and using monday.com for reporting to the customers. My team is updating the task status, and I am sending the report to clients. It is the best way and easiest too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for company uses and managing projects, assigning tasks to teammates, excellent timeline presentation. I have been using monday.com for more than two years, and I recommend it. I am still learning all the features but I like it very much so far.
The Tesla of Project Management Systems
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive UI and great support. Monday's allowed us to elevate our company to the next level. With shared board we're able to collaborate with our clients through the platform, and with the integration we've been able to transform our digital marketing internship program. We're able to track and stay on track for all projects on the daily. Their customer service is also unparalleled.
What do you dislike about the product?
Forms embed & functionality needs work. It does not yet feel fully functional, with some counterintuitive UX components yet to be addresses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Breaking down interdepartmental silos. Enabling rapid, agile project fulfillment with improvement QC. Monday's allowed us to bring everything into one home, increasing transparency and accountability, and ultimately helped our team become more agile. Everything's measurable, trackable, quantifiable, but oh so easy to use.
With each new feature launch or UI tweak the concern I have is Monday will have increasingly harder learning curve and require monday.com reps to onboard new, larger accounts. If they're able to readjust UI to have the slow build more readily available I think it will help continue expanding market share.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana, Trello, Jira... please do yourself a favor. Monday.com is to Project Management what Tesla is to cars - intuitive, easy to use, and just so, so much better.
Overwhelmingly positive experience with Monday
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the platform. It is easy to use, really intuitive. It helps me manage my time and my team organize tasks and projects. Monday helps us achieve our goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation center is a little confusing, but I have no complaints, and I love using this platform. It's been a positive experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is allowing me to manage my tasks. Organizing projects and people is straightforward. We can achieve our goals and meet deadlines without the need to remember exactly when to do what.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday will help you organize and prioritize tasks, and manage employees and track time spend on projects. It will help your company achieve its goals.
Awesome Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
There are a couple of things that I like Monday.com which includes:
- Integration with JIRA to pull updates from issues
- Beautiful timeline and Gantt chart view to present to customers
- Replace traditional excel sheets with reach and configurable fields.

What do you dislike about the product?
The cost one of the deciding factors for us which should be on the higher side for a small startup. The onboarding process should be streamlined to guide customers for the best practices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing our projects and sales pipeline along with boards to manage hiring and time sheet.
Thanks Monday.com for making the job easy
What do you like best about the product?
Our work team found in Monday.com a fast solution, easy to manage, and ever sustains the interactivity between work members always maintaining instant communication with notifications. We love that every time Monday.com is integrating more external applications like slack and that it continues to implement new functions to facilitate management on the boards with the different types of columns such as dates, people, budgets, sub-elements, diagrams, Monday.com also helps management a lot by allowing you to copy existing boards and be able to export them in excel, that really helps us a lot with users who should not have access to the board or simply to present information to other collaborators
What do you dislike about the product?
Until today nothing has displeased me or any of my colleagues, but a local monday.com environment could be implemented that synchronizes with the web platform in case there is a contingency of connection to the internet service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have achieved effective management of our activities. We have achieved true teamwork and the involvement of each member. This is the best tool to measure our progress and achieve goals.
One tool for all requirements
What do you like best about the product?
It can include all the necessary information to achieve an increase in daily productivity and total control. It can keep the files required to execute the plans and have them all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the tool is in the process of evolution, then some of the ways to create boards are still not flexible enough. I think the primary system is designed based on a 2D point of view, while I hope they will start working on a more relaxed and 3D way of setting up boards, activities, and tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Setting up of an ISO certification system
2. Improve productivity in my team
3. Direct control on the main task with $ priorities
4. List of Suppliers and CLients
5. Surveys control, analytical analysis

Great tool, consider that this is to be implemented entirely through your organization, and then the commitment from top management is essential.
We Made Things Waaay Too Difficult Before Using monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
You mean besides the customization, organization, and consolidation? One of the best features that I like is that monday.com tracks and records nearly every movement, and users can undo mistakes immediately or even later. This feature has saved us many, many times, as has the archived board feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are small quirks that are minimally bothersome, but even those are usually addressed at some point. The changes monday.com makes to improve the app are always logical and easily learned. There's very little I dislike about monday.com, and I can't imagine going back to how things were before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we adopted monday.com, our work was scattered into different databases and files, and there was no consistency. Everyone relied on their own methods of setting reminders, which caused inconsistencies in deadlines. Monday.com has streamlined basically every aspect of our company. It's a gamechanger.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can only speak to how much monday.com affected our small business, but have a large client base. Monday.com helps us keep our client work and records organized, and it provides a secure platform to exchange data, messages, and ideas. Some of our larger clients are familiar with the monday.com platform, and it's almost like a secret club we share when we run across them. It's like this incredible secret that we were lucky enough to stumble across. I can't tell you how lucky we were to jump onboard just before COVID 19 forced us to work remotely. I can't imagine how disorganized we would have been without it. It would not have worked. Period.
Fantastic project management system
What do you like best about the product?
There is so much to like, however, I like the organization of the projects, and being able to create separate task lists. Assigning the projects to staff works smoothly with the completely organized manner of managing the projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I really appreciate the emails providing updates and highlights, however there may be too many of them for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining and updating projects is the biggest problem solver for us. At a glance we are able to see where we are in the project, and what remains to be done. Our projects are now done more efficiently and more quickly. Nothing is lost or behind.
Signifiant increase in team motivation, project organization & completion
What do you like best about the product?
From someone who bounced from one "top project management app" to the next, Monday.com was the solution to all the previous "I wish [top app] had this." There are a few things I especially appreciate about Monday.com: 1) Other apps seemed like they were created for a specific type of business person, but with Monday.com, it works for me - and everyone I recommend it to, whether they are in my field or not. 2) The three features that make everything run without thinking about it: Automations, Integrations & Notifications (worth slight learning curve to customize the program to what my compnay needs. 3) I can see all my projects/clients/tasks simultaneously, without it being overwhelming. Above all, it's interface is aesthetically pleasing with color-coding, minimalistic animations, and drag & drop control.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike about it is not being able to toggle or share between main company accounts.
To be clear, you have one main company account (yourcompanyname.monday.com) that holds everything you need, with as many users and guests as you want, who will be able to share between each other perfectly. BUT if you have clients/colleagues that are apart of other companies and who use Monday.com, you have to log on to their Monday account (theircompanyname.monday.com) to access what they want to share with you.

Since we implement it in the company, we have seen an incredible increase in our team's motivation. Everyone knows where we are in a project and what they are responsible for; they know where to find all the files for tasks (no more lost files in someone's download, mislabeled) and what has been explicitly saying to the task (no more 1,000-thread emails or group texts). It's also solved the issue of not knowing when it's someone's turn to look at the project - Monday.com has perfected Automations, Integrations, and Notifications - so the right person gets *pinged* at the right time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
From someone who bounced from one "top project management app" to the next, Monday.com was the solution to all the previous "I wish [top app] had this." It's been 3+ years, and I haven't thought about trying other programs to "just see if they're better."
If you are interested in Monday.com, give the 14-day trial a chance to explore the program. If you think it needs more, I highly recommend spending time learning about their Automations & Integrations - that can be the difference between thinking Monday.com is basic and customizing it to what you actually want. Also, Monday.com's customer service and knowledge base is impeccable - never had an issue with them!

Monday manages projects
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Monday is the flexibility to manage projects and customize to a group's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many downsides. Filtering can be an issue at times when you only want to filter specific items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are being able to have an archived record to use for training or documented issues from past projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have multiple projects that need accurate tracking and management, then Monday will be a benefit to your group.
