Clean & Easy! Great project management tool for the whole team.
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is straightforward to use, so it empowers everyone on the team to make updates. Fast, clean, easy, what more could you want? The custom formula tools are great and easy to use, and Slack integration is a plus!
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe I would like to see a way to reference (not via parent, but more a duplicate) without duplicating an item in multiple boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project planning & management for web applications and reporting to the investors/business the project's progress. It has helped us keep the team moving forward on tasks while providing planning and performance insight to the business and investment team.

It's simple, easy to track changes in tickets and search for the needed ticket

Id of the ticket is changed after changing the order of the tickets, so sometimes it's difficult to send the correct URL to somebody

Mostly communication. I have all history of a ticket, comments, attaches, etc in one place

What do you like best about the product?
It is the only way that I get through a working day. It is simple and effective. Easy view of current tasks and deadlines. Colour options, Emojis, and GIFs are amazing.

There is really nothing that I dislike about it.

They are currently assisting me with archived groups and where to find them. Their customer service is amazing.

I like the overview of projects and LOVE the time tracking.

The system is a bit slow at loading some times, and the "tasks" section needs work, cus if u forget to uncheck them you will need to spend an entire day to mark them as resolved one by one

I love Monday and how effective it is for generating and improving workflows, fostering teamwork on tasks and projects, and tracking the progress of every project going on in my organization. It provides a reliable and convenient platform to upload, download documents, perform individual and collective tasks, manage information, and more, plus it has excellent customer service and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
It works well, it is an excellent tool that promotes teamwork, but it is expensive and does not have a free version, only a free trial that should be taken before purchasing it in full.

We have used it throughout our organization, and it has helped improve project management considerably; it makes everything easier in organizing project information and working collectively. It has been of great benefit to our team; we enjoy its ease of use and access to documents and the effective way we move forward with our tasks and projects.

It is a platform that facilitates and streamlines everything regarding moving forward to the success of tasks and projects individually and especially collectively. I would highly recommend it.

Monday.com is really to simple to use and setup for our project, inner task and product backlog management.

The workflows don't always execute. We're not sure why,

Having a team board of all the tasks and projects we're working on. It's really easy for the board to see this level of detail.

The chance of redoing the format. Adding various kinds of segments to the board and having the option to share records straightforwardly from your dropbox. Likewise that when you update a document in your dropbox, it will refresh the connection in the sheets for said record.
