What do you like best about the product?
I like Monday's colour coding and advanced functions, which allow me to complete my personal projects, while seeing where my colleagues are and working collaboratively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find the features a bit constraining. I'd love to have even more freedom in what goes into my boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, I used to find work a bit overwhelming, but thanks to Monday I've been able to stay on track, find new opportunities, and be reminded automatically when I need to get something done.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track how much time is spent working on projects
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be difficult to navigate at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are tracking our time spent on projects, as well as project hand-offs when we complete our parts of a project. The automatic notification system has helped greatly with the hand-offs.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, the search functionality in their help section is phenomenal. All webinars I've attended have been helpful and crazy informational. It's a useful system for everything personal and professional. My favorite, favorite part is the automations. They're easy to set up. This system makes my life better and our business more scalable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had an easier chat feature! Like a chat feature for an entire board instead of for a task/item. For a running chat feature for the business. Kind of like a slack or Google chat feature within the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved many problems with Monday.com. A key aspect is effective collaboration and communication in one platform for key projects such as our Strategic Plan and our Sales/Marketing initiatives. Additionally, the HR aspect of what we do is CRAZYYYY time intensive and we've been able to create better systems and processes around employee time off, PTO approval, and disciplinary processes. With some management working remotely, we had been struggling to find a way for everyone to stay involved without the team feeling micromanaged; our new systems and processes with Monday have solved that.

Benefits: Better accountability, collaboration, use of data, automation
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at all your integrations and see what you can replace with Monday. And I'd challenge any user to look at ANY manual process they have and make it more efficient and effective with Monday. Just ask each team member their biggest pain points on a weekly basis, and what they track manually, then go from there!

!Simple but Powerful Information Sharing Tool!

  • December 14, 2020
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Clean UX, Ease of Use, Export to Excel, Quick review lots of information, Ease of Collaboration

It just makes life so much simplier after trying to use a spreadsheet to track the same information.

The UX is super clean and easy to modify to fit your personal needs.

There are great intergrations and add-ons.

Sharing information is easy as you can upload file and link to google drive.

I would highly recommend monday.com to my friends and colleagues.

I also really like that you can export all of the data easily to excel, which allows us to integrate in with legacy systems easily.

I also really like that you can apply changes to just one things or to a whole bunch of things at the same time. Makes updating information a lot less painful, as if you have a repeative piece of information, you can just apply it to everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was a pricing tier for personal use. I would totaly use this product to help organize my family life but it just is a bit too expensive to justify.

There other pricing tier that would be nice to have is for a team of 1 person. My wife is a sales rep, and has to pay for a team even though she is using it just for herself to track all of her tasks. It is really powerful, so she pays for multiple team members but it is unfortunate that there isn't a solo option.

I also wish there was an automated feature to track recurring task, and when they were completed, by whom, etc.

I also wish there was a way to have work flows. For example, if you update the date in one column, it would prompt you to update a date in an other column. For example, date last completed and then prompt for updating the date when you should do the task again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Record Keeping / Planning of Tasks between a group of team meembers and a supervisor. It is really nice to have this in the cloud and be able to access the info on any device. Tried using google sheets for this but there is only so much you can do in spreadsheet cells. Have more than just cells is a game changer.

It is also great that there are automated emails to the superviser when the task is completed so nobody has to waste time writing an email to let the boss know it.

This tool also makings working as a remote team during the pandemic much easier.

One specific example of what we are using the tool to track is the delegation of tasks to our undergraduate assistants. There are 3 grad students who have to divy up tasks between about 40 undergrads. By being able to see what tasks are assigned to each student, it is more easy to load balance and keep everyone working while not overworking them.

What do you dislike about the product?
Tracking individual tasks through connected integrations can be tough

Have increased engineering throughput by 5x due to overall ease of task tracking and adaptability as we modify our sprint planning

Simple to synchronise tasks between team members.

  • December 11, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's meant to handle the projects of yours in quality that is high with a focus on the output of the team of yours. It's the chance to edit email automation dependent on techniques produced for every client. The dash panel presents colorful figures and graphics to quickly monitor job progress and judge on project progress. Based on the task, the application sends sms or perhaps messages to the purchaser and also has learned what articles to send out at the appropriate moment. It's really intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are features that can't be performed automatically. Only if the person starts the task by hand, time tracking works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The workload of personnel is now simple to synchronize, because the rii shows all activities correctly. We could use perfectly from daily accounts to KPI overseeing with an extensive selection of guides as well as Scrum tools. Management of management and tasks of iteration is one of the more valuable for any Scrum tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday.com is able to do much better, however with a lead research you will enhance the management tools, the rest from assessment to lead development is great. The columns and lists may be completed to produce a lot more content projects.

Great Scheduler

What do you like best about the product?
The pre-made templates are great for creating unique calendars and to-do lists. They also help you figure out how to create your own down the road.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating in-depth work flows isn't as intuitive as I'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of productivity and allowing for communication regarding projects without having to jump into a meeting or call.

Excellent platform with friendly interface and automation functions.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of this tool is its ease of use the vibrant style makes it very intuitive. It has many features that allow you to customize a lot and function the way you want. The automation engine helps you to identify triggers and actions yourself and has several pre-defined automations. In this way we automate, for example, alerts and reminders. I love the board's position. It takes time to incorporate other programs into my processes, automatically automate e-mails and develop workflows. I love that there are different offices of different divisions, because what is happening is easier to follow. It seems easier than any other tool to keep track of orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The colorful style was unattractive and unprofessional to some colleagues. In addition various customization options could complicate the tool for some users. You have to get very far into the product to use it as thoroughly as possible. As a councilor to other staff, I consider getting an internal specialist. I've spent more than a year using this device and to date we have no usage problems. For us, this was a seamless game changer. The conduct he tracks seems to be that "someone still watches my every move is just a little thing that I don't like. The two acts are still reported even though I cancel. I like a little privacy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Essentially, but very flexible, this is a project management tool. We make use of them for campaign leadership, organisation and administration. The big advantage is the automation engine, so routine activities will save us a lot of time. My contact issues with other divisions were fixed at Monday.com. Sharing a 30-person process with 8 separate departments is so much simpler. We wouldn't be as effective or coherent without our joint committees. To access this tool, scroll and see what I have to doing was absolutely marvelous. We end assignments now immediately.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simply execute a test stage and engage the full number of participants. A Monday.com adviser should be included or an internal one that will try you get the best out of the product. Monday.com gives any member of the team the degree of accountability and autonomy. You should create as much organization as your organized workforce want and your most inhibited staff can monitor the success of your project without any effort. This is a platform that you can use to keep track of your increasing orders if you and your company need help.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to pick-up how to use new functions to reduce the time required for project work. Our weekly meetings always include a review of our Monday.com project boards and progress. This helps up discuss roadblocks among the team to come up with options for resolution.

We just hired a new Project Manager and he will take over managing all our team projects on Monday.com for all our Customer projects. Monday.com is great for orienting a Project manager on all the workload Customer projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation is very useful, the sub-item options would be more helpful if the choices could be more robust on the options allowed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can automate a form for Customer support to build entries automatically on a request board. We have automated software license expiration early notification alerts to our developers. We are able to manage our projects for the team more efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday.com is easy to use and add to your time savings. It is a quick tool to improve your productivity for you and your team.

Bring people togather and track their progress.

What do you like best about the product?
It's astoundingly simple to create a workflow, or even a "Board" to put the participants together as well as to observe the progress of innumerable items with simplicity. We could attach any of the supporting files or probably the materials needed for each tag and post a particular individual. Email as well as desktop updates warn you to every task and there's an online page where you could go to, or maybe even better, desktop and smartphone app versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Among the few cons I would think would be the lack of a "recurring or perhaps scheduled task" I recognise that you can find ways around this, but it looks like anything that 's going to be indigenous to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been experimenting with various project management systems as well as choosing Monday.com says a lot about the piece. We have a diverse group of people in our IT and marketing department who use this equipment to organise from our extensive printing orders, online projects and the web to the translation flow. Monday.com keeps it quick and simple to follow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday appeared to be much more suited to helping larger teams as well as a lot more projects at the same time-and there were a lot more custom functions as well as integrations that were crucial to us.
