What do you like best about the product?
Their boards are the best. What you can do with them, monitoring, timing, who did it. When it did, the ability to import from other applications that complement the work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it could be not knowing the scope that it gives you to improve the processes in the organization. Not knowing how to use it 100%
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to track cases, organize them. See the status of each one, make updates, generate reports. Know how we are in everything, all in one place.

Good for tracking projects but not for large data collecting

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly. Easy to understand and maneuver. Has some cool features, such as real time dashboards that update on the spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some simple actions that are not the easiest to do. For example moving columns around in a board could be cumbersome, as well as making the same modification to like columns, there was no quick copy and paste feature. But Monday.com is always looking to improve, so I can expect it to find solutions to these issues in the not too distant future.

The biggest disappointment was that it was not an ideal system for collecting large amounts of data. We needed to collect 20k rows of data per month in a single board, and Monday.com is not set up to work that way currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we are learning how to use Monday.com for what it is intended for> project/task management. It is a great tool for that purpose, so one can easily see where we are in different projects and who has what tasks, and how long it is taking to complete these tasks.

- Very slow loading
- Not being able to mass comment on pulses
- Pulses disappearing when you create them 50% of the time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing all of our information from sales to recruiting. One of the major benefits is how easy you can track your progress and see the past activity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If it's for small projects that wouldn't have many parts to it - it's great. If you are going to have many pulses that you have to keep track of then it is very slow in loading. We have to have scheduled clean-ups quarterly to help speed up the platform which are time consuming and can impede on work flow.

What do you like best about the product?
How quickly and effectively we can track and process critical company data including CRM, employee commissions (with included formula columns), time off, employee information and tracking, social media posting schedule and approvals, time-off requests and approvals. It's essentially the easiest to use, and most simple as well out of all other data or information processing solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get confusing at times when integrating with other apps. Information pulled from other apps and entered into monday.com can be difficult because it can be difficult to have the information organized correctly. This is only if you need integrations with other apps. If you're using Monday only, it's insane how much can actually be done with data entered into Monday. The automation functionality and other features Monday is capable of is amazing. However, as mentioned it can become confusing when sending or receiving data in Monday with other apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were previously using google sheets to track and process information. We went through just about every business Saas company out there and there are some really good ones, but they're all insanely expensive. We found that Monday.com has just as much and in some cases more than what other similar solutions provide all while being the most affordable. One additional benefit we've realized is the subscription model. Almost every Saas company has a fee per user per month model. Monday includes fixed amounts of users for each package which for a start-up, or smaller business is extremely beneficial.

Greatest Organization and Planning Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The tool keeps all my tasks and plans organized not only for myself but for my different teams and groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the categories and how they are organized within a board can be limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized. I am able to visualize my tasks and update the progress with statuses and dates so has helped me stay on track and on time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of videos you can watch to learn more about how it works. Do that! Immerse yourself and teach yourself and your team as much as you can as there are a lot of use cases. LOVE that you can customize every board.

Great ease of use to powerful tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive interface the best. Also, I really like the robust tutorials - and accessibility of the help team.
What do you dislike about the product?
*-We ran into a few downsides: Subgroups and subgroup activity could not roll up to a dashboard. Also as a project manager, I found it limiting not to be able to put dependencies in my timeline for team tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company uses Monday allot. I personally use it to create project schedules and to track team activities. Other people in my company use it to track resources and hiring. We track hot taskers and keep updates on their progress.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely give Monday a try. It has a very low learning curve and has some very robust features. We are still learning how to use it. For instance, the automation takes the manual updates out of the picture and save me tons of time as a project manager.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and very intuitive. Incorporating the forms into our website was very easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to turn off the inbox notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to stay on track and juggle tasks. I like the addition of the subtasks, although I do think the UI could be a bitt better for subtasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Much more powerful tool than some of the others that I have used in the past. Great for organizing and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are separate categories for the different departments so its easier to keep track of what is going on where. it seems like it keeps better track of orders then any other tool before. plus it doesn't forget or misplace what it needs to tell us to do. plus on top of all that it gives you updates on what has been added that comes through me email so I get them on my phone so I always know whats going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been using Mondays for very long but ass of now I haven't found anything I dislike. it has been a game changer for us with no set backs currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
well I am in a different kind of position at work so being that I do the information gathering, design, and the build, some of these steps were really hard to keep track of for the people above me. so now they can just look on Mondays in the separate categories and see what I have going on and how far along with that particular order. it has been absolutely amazing just being able to go to this tool and scroll through and see what I need to do.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you and your company needs a little help keeping track of your growing orders this is the tool to use it has helped us so much already and we are just getting started. on top of it just being an amazing tool it also gives you little sticker rewards for completing all of your work for that week who doesn't love stickers haha.
