Clean, Specific & User Friendly

Not all courses are available in our pkg
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because the content is good and presented in many ways we are finally getting employees to finish training. The benefits include employees are more informed, educated about our products and they feel and now know that we do care and we are as invested in them as they are in us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will have no regrets for going with Open Sesame, but my suggestion is to review the courses associated with your package before committing to the contract.

Integration into our LMS + the ability to easily upload from the open sesame platform.

I was basically on my own after i purchased my content. Zero support resources were offered . The expectation was set that, once I purchased the content there would not be a contact for me to work with as a customer vs prospect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed content, we now have content. Benefits are minimal outside of satisfying the need of PM content for a portion of our training audience.
Great resource for e-learning courses
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to get OpenSesame courses to any Learning Management System. Over 10,000 e-learning courses at my fingertips!! Great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I was forced to identify one dislike it would be the pricing structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OpenSesame has allowed us to offer continued education to our site managers in the field and help ensure compliance.

OpenSesame would be a great addition to your learning management system and the continued education of your associates.
OS has helped us unlock the hidden potential of our employees.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Open Sesame is the personable treatment that I receive from my CSM and all of the other OS members, including support. I also love having access to so many different publishers so we can truly select course work that best fits the culture of our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that Open Sesame does not have courses related to the industry that my company operates in. We really need courses to support CEU credits related to property management and real estate certifications - those are still items that we have to work with external vendors on. We have expressed this concern and hope that it is taken into account as OS continues to build on their catalog of offerings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had very limited learning resources prior to Open Sesame. In our first year, we aimed to address compliance issues, such as OSHA, sexual harassment, and data privacy requirements. Currently in our second year, we are focusing more on people development. We now have a new employee curriculum auto assigned leveraging a blend of OS courses as well as some of our own. We have also started creating department specific frameworks leveraging OS courses, which we recently launched in conjunction with our performance/goal setting process. There is so much out there and we look forward to what all OS has in store for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When I was in a Saba meeting last March, there was someone looking for an eLearning provider to address compliance needs within their company. I shared my experience with Open Sesame and how they have such a variety of compliance-related courses and I thought they would benefit as well. Later that year, I ran into the same person at the OS User Conference and learned that they made the switch!
Great Solution for Employee Training Needs
What do you like best about the product?
Open Sesame has a massive library of courses from a wide variety of vendors. If we need training on a topic that isn't specific to our business, I don't have to waste time creating it. Why reinvent the wheel when its rolling around perfectly fine somewhere else? OS library allows me to search for the content and then choose from a vendor with the course style that will best fit my operation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more microlearning options and some more updated courses. I think people find it hard to take content seriously when the characters seem a bit dated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick solutions to global needs - even translations!
OpenSesame is my go to provider. I've compared other providers and OpenSesame wins out each time.

Colin Stadler, my rep, is always there, responsive and willing to help. He goes above and beyond as a matter of practice.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to using OpenSesame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had an issue with mobile courses and Colin persisted until we got a resolution. Now all is fine.
Great for learning workplace skills
What do you like best about the product?
OpenSesame has been helpful in learning workplace skills without spending days away from work in training. When my staff has extra time, they’re able to jump online and gain knowledge!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some courses are difficult to understand what the content will be by the description alone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teaching staff that are new to the workforce team building, skills and introducing them to supervisory education has been useful in building leaders.
