THE EASE OF USING THE PLATFORM AND THE PROMPT SUPPORT FROM THE TECH TEAM.
WE USED THEIR DIALER SERVICES AND THE PRODUCTIVITY LEVELS OF THE CALLERS HAD DEFINITELY SEEN AN UPWARD SWING.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific. Probably can diversify and collaborate with a legal tech platform to provide and end to end solution to financial players. This will be a value added proposition.

helped us to increase caller's productivity. Their tracking reports and automated MIS made reviews easy. The team had less dissonance as the platform was very user friendly
