Zapier CoPilot Transformed My Workflows with Unmatched Integrations

What do you like best about the product?
The CoPilot feature elegantly handles changing, optimizing, and perfecting my workflows. The integrations across Slack, Google Suite, webhooks, and API calls feel unmatched. The interface is straightforward to use, and it’s always clear whether a workflow succeeded—and, if it runs into an error, what I need to adjust to fix it. Zapier has completely changed my work life!
What do you dislike about the product?
The CoPilot payload gets maximized out quite quickly on workflows with many steps, which makes editing the workflow a bit more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier now handles all repetitive administrative tasks that I do as an office manager.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapiers automations make my workflows way shorter. I am able to count on the google integration with donorbox to pull reports that used to take hours to sort through. I wish Zapier was more affordable for my organization as we would benefit from the extended usage of data, but it works as needed with the limited budget our nonprofit has.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zapier can get confusing if you are unfamiliar with the software. I think the help questions assist when needed, but I have relied on external AI to answer questions I can't find
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RIght now, it is automating our pull data for donor reports and lists, but it is extremely limited because of the plan we are using

What do you like best about the product?
it quietly turns all your ideas, content, and systems into something that actually moves without you babysitting it
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get expensive fast if you have a ton of automations and workflows to manage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m constantly creating funnels, offers, and content. Without zapier I would seriously be stuck in manual create nightmare. Things I do: Instantly route leads where they need to go, trigger follow-ups without thinking about it
and deliver content the second someone opts in

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes it simple to build automations that drive business results. The AI functionality makes building “zaps” extremely easy.

Also, their constant communication helps keep you in the loop of any automation issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionality is paid only, granted that’s normal for any SaaS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automations (for example, pulling lead contact information into my newsletter list) are solving a problem I had. Before it was a manual process. This now saves time and ensures accuracy.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes communication with clients way easier than third party sites like honeybook. With our old CRM we were unable to text clients and in 2026 its an absolute must. Its helpful with reminders and automating our life so we can be less hands on !
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not simple to set up. Also adding a phone number was not super easy. I did hire help for this task
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Texting! I don't necessarily want clients having my personal cell number so its nice to have zapier be the middle person before clients get our personal number to reach out to

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to integrate with google sheets and calendar to streamline my intake process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've come across is if I don't type out my information quick enough or make a mistake, then the zap fails and then appointments are missed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When the Zap is triggered all information in that line of the spreadsheet will be turned into an appointment on a shared google calendar.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to automate repetitive processes between platforms that normally wouldn’t speak to each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the pricing can add up quite a bit if you're using it for big tasks

Mainly helping with getting systems to speak to each other and automating manual work. We use it to grab information from one platform and integrate it with another platfrom and perform certain actions based on the information

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zapier to automate marketing and customer journey processes across multiple platforms, which removes repetitive manual work and means I don't have to rely on our in-house dev team to create custom APIs. What I like most is that it frees up my time by removing manual tasks that shouldn't really require human intervention, allowing me to focus on activities with a higher ROI. Zapier's ability to connect different systems means information flows more smoothly across teams and platforms without duplicated work. The initial setup was very easy, making it even more convenient to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to keep track of dependencies, logic paths, and where failures are happening once you have a lot of interconnected Zaps. Troubleshooting can sometimes feel reactive rather than proactive, especially when errors happen intermittently or because of issues in third-party apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier automates marketing and customer journey processes, removing repetitive manual work and eliminating the need for custom APIs. It frees up my time, enabling me to focus on tasks with a higher ROI, and facilitates smoother information flow across teams and platforms without duplicated work.

What do you like best about the product?
It's relatively simple to use for the technical functionality it provides. It's more beginner friendly than something like n8n
What do you dislike about the product?
AI feature is super buggy. No easy import of JSON or code to create Zaps. Weird fields at times. Lack of customization of certain things

Works well for some things that are simple few step processes. Saving time and making sure things dont slip through cracks
