Zapier Makes Business-Critical Automation and Reporting Seamless
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Zapier at multiple jobs previously. I have found it to be a great resource for automating business critical tasks and seamlessly integrating with a variety of systems and services for providing financial reporting for leadership
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think i have any complaints. Occasionally, i did find myself spending more than usual time on the support chat, especially when API calls would fail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a way to connect multiple systems like Smartsheets, JIRA and Google spreadsheets to measure ROI across the work being delivered by our dev teams.
Zapier Makes App Communication Effortless and Saves Me Time
What do you like best about the product?
They make app communication so easy. As a real estate agent I use multiple tools that need to speak to one another and Zapier does all the heavy lifting for me and with no learning curve. I am getting so much of my time back.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations do require a bit more work to set up but all in all it is easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None so far

Zapier helped with my Wix website automations but I have since moved to Kajabi.
Zapier Makes Connecting Our Services and Automations a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier has made connecting our services together a breeze. Currently it is being used to manage our drip automation for e-commerce and communications. Piping people into the correct streams on our email marketing platform. We are currently hoping to implement it into our Sales stream as well with our CRM as we grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue we have noticed with Zapier is the pricing model. While we appreciate the pricing structure, we believe there should be a price tier in-between the Free and the Professional tier. This would allow perhaps a limited number of "steps" and a collection of premium apps to help startups like ourselves to benefit a bit more. Currently the jump from Free to $29.99/month ($19.99/month paid annually) is a bit steep for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get a broad spectrum of clients that don't always fit one single mold. Therefore we need to have a pipeline that is directly connected to our drip campaigns that allows us to feed people to the correct product and customer support. Zapier has helped in this area. A true set-and-forget tool.
Zapier Automates Stripe-to-Spreadsheet Updates and Saves Me Hours
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Zapier to connect Stripe to my spreadsheets, and it has made a huge difference in how I run my business. Every time a payment comes in, it automatically updates my spreadsheet without me having to touch anything.
As a small business owner, that kind of automation takes real pressure off. I don’t have to worry about missing transactions or spending extra time on manual tracking. It gives me more space to focus on my clients and actually running my business instead of managing data.

What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there is still so much I could do just haven't had the time to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of manual data entry and disconnected systems. Before, I would have to manually track payments from Stripe and update my spreadsheets, which took time and left room for mistakes.
Easy Workflows and Expanded Reliable Integrations with Zapier
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is great for tying applications together through workflows in an easy to understand interface. For the most part, the pricing works out really well and you can get started on a free plan. I've used it to tie in integrations that are difficult and it performs better for me than if this than that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have had with Zapier in the past has to do with multiple people building on the same zap at the same time. Sometimes this is difficult, but usually not a big issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating Solutions that are otherwise difficult. Even with native integrations in hubspot or salesforce, it doesn't always provide the flexibility to access to fields you want to transfer information for. That is something Zapier Excels at.
Effortless Automation, No Coding Required
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zapier to run automations and it's really valuable because it allows us to easily build and modify automations using drag-and-drop tools without needing to code. This is great since we don't have a developer on our team. The drag-and-drop tools are super easy to use and configure. Zapier's integration across multiple platforms made it the obvious choice for us when we were searching for an automation tool. We are using it with several tools like Jotform, Sharepoint, Zendesk, and Power Automate, and it allows us to build automations around these tools. The initial setup was relatively painless and the tool is intuitive, even for someone who isn't a programmer. I love that I don't see any need to switch from Zapier as it meets all our requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if Zapier would give a peek into their code or at least the raw output so we can see where the few errors do occur in the integrations. Additionally, some of the error messages given by their AI tool don't adequately describe the error and its root cause. This may just be a function of the tool being trained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier lets us automate workflows without coding, saving us from hiring a developer. Its drag and drop interface and platform integration make it easy to use, helping us connect tools like Jotform, Sharepoint, and Zendesk effectively.
Keeps Our Entire Marketing Ecosystem Connected Through Zapier
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to keep our entire marketing eco system connected through Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little hard to troubleshoot problems when zaps don't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier to connect Salesforce, Mailchimp and our wordpress website.
Efficient Automation for Everyday Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zapier is how it turns complicated automations across my functions and apps into something that is actually easy and doesn't require knowledge of coding.
It's also a game changer for saving time as the repetitive data tasks I need to do can run automatically.
It's also a game changer for saving time as the repetitive data tasks I need to do can run automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still parts of the software I use that Zapier doesn’t integrate with yet, so I can’t fully use it for what I need.
On top of that, the pricing adds up quickly and limits how many tasks we can run, which is especially challenging for non-profit organizations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier automates lots of my workflows and save me many hours every week in manual updating and reduces the mistakes I make in the process. It's great to have a bridge between apps because when you use so many different softwares, it's important to have them all aligned.
The co-pilot which helps build the automations is amazing, and I owuldn't be able to do it without!

Easy UI and Rich Integrations, But Custom Actions and Mapping Docs Need Work
What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface and extensive prebuilt library of integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clunky integration of custom/more complex actions, and limited documentation for rigid field mapping and library integration logic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifies our tech stack and removes the need for most manual data porting between CRM/ERP/HR/Timekeeping etc
