Keeps my team updated with Google Form submissions
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zapier free plan to integrate Google Forms with Slack, so whenever someone submits a form, a message appears in a channel my team uses. It saves me the hassle of checking the form manually and makes sure I see new submissions right away. Setting up the Zap was straightforward. I integrated Google Forms and Slack in Zapier, selected the form and channel and ran a test to make sure the messages appeared in the Slack channel correctly. Once it was set up, the automation worked reliably and I usually check the Slack channel once or twice a day to stay updated. I haven’t needed support often, but when I did, the documentation and community resources were clear and helpful.
The free plan keeps each Zap simple, which makes it predictable and easy to maintain. For my small internal forms, it does exactly what I need without adding extra tools or steps.
The free plan keeps each Zap simple, which makes it predictable and easy to maintain. For my small internal forms, it does exactly what I need without adding extra tools or steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan has some limitations that become noticeable as workflows grow. Each Zap is limited to two steps, so I can’t add extra actions or conditional logic in a single workflow. The monthly task limit also requires me to monitor how many submissions I process. For my current small internal forms, these limits aren’t an issue, but they could become restrictive if the volume of submissions increases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Zapier, I had to check Google Form responses manually and then send updates to my Slack channel myself. This often caused delays and sometimes notifications were missed. With Zapier, every new submission automatically appears in Slack, so I always know when someone submits a form. This automation saves me time every day and reduces the friction of manually copying information between tools. It also keeps the team informed in real time, without adding extra steps or requiring additional apps. For small internal workflows, it makes the process predictable, consistent, and easier to maintain.
Effortless Automation, User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zapier makes it extremely easy to automate repetitive tasks, like sending multiple emails to vendors for documents. The way it allows me to build zaps is mostly with natural language, which I find really intuitive. The initial setup was super easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you edit a Zap and you publish a draft, it is confusing when you have to transfer data from the previous version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps me automate repetitive tasks, like sending multiple emails to vendors for documents.
easy to automate repetitive tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier’s biggest strength is how easy it is to connect thousands of apps and automate workflows with minimal setup. The no-code interface, step-by-step Zap builder, and clear testing process make implementation fast, even for non-technical users. It supports a wide range of triggers and actions, advanced multi-step workflows, and reliable integrations, which makes it useful for daily automation across teams. The platform is stable, frequently updated, and integrates seamlessly with popular tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is pricing, especially as automation needs scale and task usage increases. Some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which may not be ideal for small businesses. Debugging complex Zaps can also be time-consuming, and real-time automations may occasionally experience delays depending on the integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier solves the problem of disconnected systems by acting as an integration platform that automates data flow between apps. It reduces manual work, minimizes human error, and ensures processes run consistently in the background. This saves time, improves operational efficiency, and allows teams to focus on higher-value tasks instead of repetitive admin work.
Flexible, Convenient Automation with Easy Zapier Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very flexible, with a bunch of apps you can connect through Zapier to trigger webhooks. Overall, it’s convenient and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike about Zapier is I hope it can have a functionality to help user debug if there is a Zap not working
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps me close the gap between apps. It makes it easier to integrate different apps and connect my workflows more smoothly.
Easy Automation with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zapier is partnered with a lot of tools, which allows me access to create automations with most of them. Their customer support is always great and helps me solve issues quickly. This makes Zapier valuable to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found some of the integration functionality for some tools/software was limiting, some required APIs which can be expensive and the user set up was kinda confusing at first. It just didn’t provide me with some of the functionality I needed to be able to do for the workflow steps I had in mind, also some required paid tiers or APIs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier to integrate tools for automation, which removes the manual need to perform each step myself in processes like onboarding and workflows.
Time-Saving Automation with Seamless App Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zapier mainly to automate repetitive tasks and connect different apps I use daily. It helps me save time by automatically moving data between tools like email, forms, and productivity apps, reducing manual work, and keeping my workflow organized. What I like most about Zapier is how easily it connects different apps and automates tasks without the need for coding. This feature stands out because it saves a lot of time in my daily workflow, letting everything run in the background and allowing me to focus on more important work. I use Zapier with tools like Google Sheets, Gmail, and form tools for collecting data, which helps me automatically transfer information, send notifications, and keep everything synced, making my workflow much smoother. The initial setup of Zapier was quite easy, with basic automations quick to create and the interface being user-friendly. Overall, I would rate it 9 out of 10 for being very useful for automation, saving a lot of time, and connecting many apps smoothly, which makes daily work much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be improved is the pricing, which can feel a bit expensive as automation needs grow. Also, setting up more complex workflows can take time to fully understand. Making advanced automations simpler and more affordable would make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier to automate repetitive tasks and connect apps, saving time and reducing manual work. It organizes my workflow, automatically transfers data, and runs tasks in the background, making my work more efficient and allowing me to focus on important tasks.
Effortless Automation with Great Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I find the drag-and-drop nature of building Zaps really helpful, along with the clear explanations of what will occur at each stage. The testing aspect is easy, and most features are naturally understandable, which makes things quick and easy to set up and allows us to test out new ideas without having to worry. Initial setup was incredibly easy, and linking to most tools takes just minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like anything, some aspects are quite technical in nature - particularly when it comes to APIs, etc. But that is to be expected and it would probably be tricky to simplify them without having native integrations into far more tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier to connect various tools and gather customer data effortlessly, enabling us to expand our email marketing reach.

What do you dislike about the product?
Its pricing is a bit expensive as compared to other automation workflow tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy Plug-and-Play Automations with Slack, Google Sheets, and Stripe
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is just easy to use. You can plug-and-play most things like slack, google sheets, and any other random webhoook. It's also great because you can drop into a wee-bit-of-code if you need. It was awesome to use with stripe to issue receipts to customers without much fuss.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you get to a large enough workflow -- it's not always easy to split things apart like you can with code modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to work very hard to integrate simple things together. It also means I don't need to spin up a bunch of infra to do one-off things. So it saves a lot of my own time.
