Smart and 100% reliable integrations

What do you like best about the product?
When you need to integrate two or more accounts with the third-party integration service - security is the main thing. With Zappier I am always sure my login details are safe. Moreover, connections are made really smart with preset options quick to set up and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything works perfectly. There are no complaints about it. The only this you can dislike about Zapier is that it still lacks some apps in the list which can be integrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zappier saves my time via automatization of the lead management process. I integrate my website sign-up form with CRM, Email service, and social networks. With Zappier I am sure data are forwarded correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create automations so when one thing happens, something specific then happens. Free with less than 5 zaps
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost money to have more than 5 zaps and not all software works with zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving multiple step work with automations and saving time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier allows you to connect the biggest-named online software tools with each other, saving thousands of hours every month for our team
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup can be challenging, and the individual tools aren't uniformly integrated into the system, so it can be challenging to setup and maintain, at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our agency needs tools to talk with one another, and instead of utilizing custom-coded connections, we can often connect our software in Zapier and have it process our workflows quickly and effortlessly. We save thousands of man-hours a month using Zapier.

What do you like best about the product?
It has almost every app out here and good customer service too
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets complicated to set up the connection but I guess its not their fault, depend on which tool you connect with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zaps for multiple CRM programs ton figure out what kind of issue our customers might face with when they're trying to integrate our tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't be intimated, give it a try! Easier than it looks.

What do you like best about the product?
It works seamelessly with a BUNCH of applications through their API, no code skills required and easy to teach and delegate to team members. We use it for more and more stuff every month.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some small startups are not sync with Zapier integrations. Also for scalability of huge operations it's not the cheapest options since its billing is based on volume of operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate emails marketing, sync with invoice sending, outperform Facebook IA with our own system based on zapier and facebook sync. It's both increasing our value proposition and reducing costs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You need to think about processes first but is very agile, also you need low scale operations, you cannot automate operations with millions of actions inexpensively

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to automate tasks and connections throughout the different apps and services we use. From Gmail to Facebook and our CRM, we use this consistently throughout everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much. The free version gets you too excited to not move it a paid version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us automate tasks

Functional but costly

What do you like best about the product?
I was able to do whatever I imagined through zaps. From webhooks to python script for on-the-fly data manipulation
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can get very very high very quickly. It will really depend how critical my data is. Some items which are very easy on zap, are not configured by me simply because it does not make economical sense to pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed me to take data from one platform to the other without worrying about errors and manual intervention

What do you like best about the product?
Takes care of work so your assistant doesn't have to. Connects securely with so many programs I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive if you only need a little functionality.

Helps my different programs work together, makes sure diverse aspects of my work stay on track and in sync, saving time and increasing productivity.

Ease of use, ability to connect basically any apps you are using, affordable cost, logging of errors

So far it's been great. The error notifications when setting up a zap are sometimes challenging to figure out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Zapier if is do easy to sync the data received via the numerous saas software we are using. Thus we can always ensure we are using the top performing tool in a specific area, while still being able to sync all lead info into one single place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity and user friendliness of the platform. It allows for me to easily connect multiple points of software together with ease, and minimal (no) code knowledge necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does depend a lot on the 3rd party software about what capabilities that they allow. There's a lot of tricks that work, but only if you know what you're looking for or where to find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting different software (Google suite / Slack / Insided / Zendesk / SFDC / Pandadoc etc) seemlessly and with ease. I am able to automate much of my work, so that I can do a task and know that it gets recorded and passed along to the relevant teammates without having to stop and check.
