What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use by which I can connect different apps and use different trigger scenarios

The cost is on the higher side as compared to latest competitiors

I am able to capture leads and push them automatically to email marketing system, I am also able to keep a tab on my sales by automatically capturing the payments made

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using zapier's graphical interface to program "zaps" is amazing. It is so simple and intuitive. You really don't need any programming knowledge. On top of that it diagnoses problems with your own zaps very effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truthfully I have very little dislikes. If I had to change anything it would be that more people used this software as it is such a time saver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have created multi step zaps that have replaced daily repatative tasks that save up to an hour a day! On top of that I have automated systems to correlate data for my organization that has never before been compiled.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The free version of this software is so good that you need very little commitment to give it a try. Spend a while brainstorming of all the data entry tasks you do that might be able to be automated!

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier considered on of the best integrated apps ,We use for integration between several used apps in my company also it helps in building automated workflow processes,and to executes tasks automatically and also for scheduling the to do list , it can be easily integrated to alot of spreadsheets like Google Docs and Google sheets and slack
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are some integrated apps not giving the full features of the app which need some enhancements also the customer support takes time in responding for any issue but after solving these issues in the integration all is going great

We have several apps like Google sheets and Google Docs and slack and zoom and Zoho ,Etc all of these apps are integrated into Zapier which give the user ease of access and scheduling all the tasks at one time and one place ,We can consider Zapier as our company swiss knife one app and different functions

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I don't have to post my photo on twitter because it is connected to my instagram via Zapier. It is nice because I also receive slack notification everytime I received an email on my gmail account
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that sometimes the integration is limited to trigger and action. Maybe it would be nice if they would have an indept integration for zoom where host can have the option to see emails of those who attended the meeting so the host can send them a thank you message
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a very nice automation. Those task that are mostly repetitive can be minimized by using zapier like when I post something on one app and they are connected, I don't have to do it again to another app. It also solves the problem with lack of integration of other software because zapier can help them integrate.
A lot of features available on Zapier. It can connect to any software.

Zapier has a lot of documentation so whenever i have an issue connecting the software to the zap, you can always find some good advices and tips to help you out
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I encounter when using Zapier must be the UX on the homepage. I think someone should remaster it for us to see our zaps quickly, and the search bar is too far, in my opinion.

The excellent part about Zapier is that it helps set up automation pretty quickly. It works with every device or software why it's one of the most used software to automate people's processes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Zapier, we are able to address project organization, cross-functional teamwork, and cut out the middle man work for cross-platform ticket work.
Easy to use - no major complaints
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use and extremely helpful for when that one application doesn't have native integration with one another, a crucial part to most businesses. Support is fantastic, quick to respond, and will help with most problems for free.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only major downside is the cost, and it is pretty expensive to use. It is often is missing some applications that I wish were there. Besides the price, Zapier is perfect at its job!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A significant problem I had was with Freshping, which was missing Freshstatus integration at the time. We used Freshstatus long before Freshping existed, so it wasn't very pleasant to need to use Freshping's status page. Freshstatus had a few more features and could monitor services manually, making us need to use Freshstatus. Also, at this time, the process to integrate Zapier and Freshping was horrific. (thankfully, that has improved over time) However, even though it was rough to start, once Zapier was up and running with Freshping, it ran beautifully, allowing Freshstatus to monitor our website for downtime using Freshping automatically.

Try it out with the free plan and use as many applications as possible to see what works best for you!
Good for Integrations, but sometimes run into issues
What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful when sending notifcations for leads. On Facebook Ads, anytime a user submits their information, my client will get a notification of their information,
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations fail. I was trying to connect zapier with square and it always fails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even though it is meant to connect apps together, I use for notifications when getting leads. That part works effectively.
