Zapier it's the best integration tool on the market
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zapier it's the ease to use. It's so simple to use and at the same time so powerful.

Sometimes some platforms could have more integration features

Zapier - An Automation Tool That Makes My Work Easy And Fast With Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is a must tool for every digital marketer. It makes work simple, easy and fast. Zapier has completely transformed the way I manage applications and tasks in my life. The best thing I like about Zapier is that it has hundreds of app integrations available. With various combinations of zaps available I automate most of my tasks from integrating from landing page to Google Spreadsheets to Active Campaign. Literally, Zapier made my work easier by automating the stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about the tool as such but if I have to highlight one thing that would be its Inability to complete large-scale integrations and triggers at a reasonable cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using Zapier for automating all my Marketing stuff and for integrating various apps wherever useful. The best part with Zapier is that we don't have to deal with the technical stuff such as coding and all. We can just straight away start the work by setting the triggers by integrating with the apps we want.

Sometimes (don't know why) my zaps turn off. It's good to check from time to time that your tasks are running smoothly.

To build connections between tools without asking for help or resources from engineering. Saving time, effort, and money at the same time.

Easy ability to connect different apps/platforms to get information from one spot to CRM.

Some of the integrations have room for improvement. However, their support has been very easy to work with.

Connections for lead generation and user data to flow into CRM solution seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Zapier is that it has become the solution to "Would I be able to Integrate things with the Platform that I'm already using?"
I've come across various tools that didn't provide direct integration options with CRM that we were using, and Zapier helped in solving those Integration issues for us. And, this to the point that nowadays if someone asks me, "is there an integration option available for particular Software?" Then, I say Yes, there would be; if not, we can use Zapier.

What do you dislike about the product?
When you face an integration issue, you end up contacting Zapier, & all involve vendors to figure out the cause of the issue; which causes kind of causes delay in sorting issues.
Also, the Zap & Tasks Limit in initial plans seem low.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been using Zapier for integrating apps, so the data flows from Opt-in to Marketing Automation platform / CRM seamlessly. Benefit of Zapier is, that you don't need to deal with much of technical stuff about APIs, & can start with Integrating things right away.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an easy-to-implement solution for Integrating two apps, then give it a try.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to connect different software, especially Squarespace to Salesforce, Zoom, Google Drive, and MailChimp. It has taken out a lot of manual work when we run webinar registrations etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a learning curve in building some Zaps, specifically Salesforce. I've experienced some errors and the Zapier support hasn't been able to assist because they don't deal with the platforms they're connecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Zapier to connect all of our lead generation efforts. For example, when someone registers for a webinar on our website, Zapier is what takes that lead's info and registers them for the Zoom webinar, makes them a member of our MailChimp audience, adds them to a Salesforce campaign, and records the leads in a spreadsheet. We have also used it for connecting apps like google calendar and Calendly, setting email alerts for certain events, and some email automations.

Ability to integrate with smartsheet and wufoo.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get a little complex if you don't know wufoo column ids.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to put wufoo form entries into smartsheet.

You can integrate anything and everything, especially if apps do not have native integrations.
Particular like of the Webflow to Pipedrive sync, with Pipedrive then pushing notifications to Slack.

Sometimes the connection tests do not pull through data, even though there is data to pull through.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier allows our team to automatically pull in data to our monthly reporting system. We cut the time it takes us to compile a report in half.

There are a few integrations that I would like to see that don't exist yet.

Monthly reports were eating up too much of our time. Our team's productivity levels were way too low. Zapier's integration and automation allowed us to complete reports in half the time.

Tracking and controlling the ongoing tasks can be made better
Having the option to wind down one leg of a Zap without erasing it or turn the entire Zap off
Not all fields populate when utilizing certain parts of Salesforce, however, that could be an SF issue
Correspondence, when the backing is really required essentially, doesn't occur
