The best tool to make integrations.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very instinctive tool that helps you to resolve compatibility issues between platforms and from separate firms, which is why Zapier is becoming essential to our everyday work. It will establish links allowing us to almost fully automate movement of data between software. The costs are fair relative to spending time and money working on the code as well as other technological network problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Today, I don't like it because of platform bugs that bind Zapier, but at least 3 mails a month give me suggesting that a mistake occurred with Zap. I don't like that because of platform bugs. I think it is really well to work on the Zapier scheduling scheme for the most part, but I think that it will make things simpler for some users if they had some more options for how we can schedule integrations like visual grid type components.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through using Zapier, we will make it easier for our various online software to connect. We should not do something by logging into the software and passing information to a different software. We may also carry out acts dependent on such data or actions in other applications. The net consequence is that program upgrades would be even less time-consuming. In order to simplify user registration, we have automatically connected and comparison between mailhouses and hubspot databases in various digital campaigns such as Google and Facebook Advertisement to gather data from prospective users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automations will basically function like another employee who works on their machines all the time. For at least two years I have been using Zapier, and the many connections between platforms make it invaluable to work with us to solve problems in 2 steps without programming expertise.
Integrate and Automate EVERYTHING
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that we can now connect all of our programs is seriously the greatest thing ever. Where was this ten years ago? So much time wasted, so much time is now saved! We used to have to double entry data or updates, and now it can just be pushed from one app to another. Also, the fact that the integrations are called "Zaps" - stupid cute!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zapier doesn't work how we want it to - as in it doesn't run on time. That gets frustrating when you are waiting on automation. I'm not sure if there is a set time for the zaps to push over, but they always seem to run within 24hrs or by the next day. Again, this can take too long, but we haven't figure out what appears to be the issue or what causes it to happen vs not happen at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have Miro and Airtable often communicate - as one updates, the other pushes its updates over. It's nice not to have to copy and paste the data in two places. SO HELPFUL! We also have integrations between Slack and Google Drive, Google Drive and Miro, Slack and Miro, Slack and Airtable, Miro and Airtable, etc. The unity of our internal tech stack is sublime.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zapier CS is super helpful! They are willing to try to help you solve any integration. If they cannot do it, they are eager to create one for you (for a fee)—super friendly folks and always lovely to work with (unlike calling Quickbooks or the internet company).
Easy to implement a modern system
What do you like best about the product?
The manner we can add automate tasks as a user or developer or the user experience is also very pleasant. Some pretty good applications are easy to integrate with zapier. Rather than just thoroughly documenting and attempting to incorporate those apps
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't suppose there's a zapier downside. However if we integrate zapier apps to use them later in optimization, it is very easy to test the problems. When I assimilate my plan with zapier, I have had some problems, but, if I try and add certain APIs, some mistakes don't support debugging them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to quickly automate some activities so how I can transfer signals to the dashboard to display data as graphs and charts. I can quickly integrate various applications instead of using their documents and testing all api information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I want to suggest that others use zapier because it is very simple to understand and easy. Although those without technical experience can combine various applications easily and efficiently. Someone without knowledge of programming can scan Zapier Docs for comparison and build Zaps in just a few minutes. Whether there are problems, you can review the doc or seek for assistance and zapier leaders are going to answer.
Help companies to make integrations quickly.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to get tasks done by Gmail or a new line on a table promptly and reliably. In order to manually simplify things, we have linked our form, ads, database and more. Zapier was the first tool to assist me understand the functioning of the integrations. It started adding data to a Google table and now, through the Webhook zap, I write my own customs requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is simple to use, there are many restrictions on complex logic branches and often there are constraints around the formatting text. Curious to replicate my Zap steps. Usually I have to manually reconstruct certain steps that I want to copy. Zapier is fully optimized, so it should be as simple as possible to create zaps as well. As you learn more, you start with Zapier and get much better architectural solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation of every manual job in our business, mostly. My goal is to automate all things, so that everyone can concentrate on the job which really contributes to your business. Zapier is used to quickly fulfill the form, press the Form Drive data in a single format, enter the login database, do basic things such as bouncing e-mail workers for database updates, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to work more efficiently, Zapier is your best choice. You still can maximize and save a lot of stupid manual work, even though you do not know him very well. Begin tiny, but begin with the major work often repeated by your most precious person.
Pretty decent, would recommend to people with no technical background
What do you like best about the product?
Super simple interface, large reserve of apps to connect to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as advanced as similar software like Integromat
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting our work apps where native integrations dont exist
Great option to integrate and organize the data.
What do you like best about the product?
A exclusive catalog of choices is offered by Zapier. There is no integration with Zapier that cannot be developed. The endless combination of options and tools is unbelievable. Each application is already quite well spoken about, integration is very transparent. The support crew is always top-of-the-line, competent and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation approach can also be very complicated and the time it takes for an automation to be configured is not easy. The new guy is somewhat streamlined. As an info nerd, I am confused about my user interface, and the current experience is a bit too railway for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've automated some internal processes through Zapier which have made workflows much simpler. Our website and external providers are filled out in the capture form, submitting updates, upgrading partners, the list begins. This will save you tens of thousands of hours and therefore hundreds of thousands of dollars if you have any kind of data entry job to do. In recent years, Zapier has saved us countless hours of work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Using Zapier to take your time. This can be a computer power that benefits you immensely if used correctly. Your life is never simpler than when your processes have migrated to Zapier.
I used this to automate signed contracts going into dropbox.
What do you like best about the product?
Easily solved a specific problem I was previously doing manually. It could check my email for completed contracts and automatically add them to dropbox. Previously, I was doing it all manually, and it took too much time.
My team didn't believe me when i found a solution. But it fixed a longstanding problem.
My team didn't believe me when i found a solution. But it fixed a longstanding problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I wish I could use it at other roles. I think other products may have better marketing, but this solves the problem I need it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating repetitive tasks that we would otherwise do manually. Once I set it up it saved a bunch of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Cheap, easy. I thin it's even free if you only automate one task.
Simple to incorporate modern framework
What do you like best about the product?
If you do repetitive work or even have a feedback mechanism, Zapier would most likely automate it. I also like option to communicate all human capital management in a seamless workflow. I appreciate its relationship to many network links, promote constant versatility that provides a wider variety of channels and information so that my company can take advantage of a curriculum design and use various tasks to accelerate the job. It provides very helpful ways to integrate and automate the web apps you use by combining and connecting certain key tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is customer, it must have been naïve to the essential content, and the clients are withdrawn at the start of the conversation because it allows the device to vanish, and the aid does not even have the ability to assist. I really need a way to replace or re-build your changes that is currently not feasible. You also have a choice to undo. I was also deceived that they're not being added to both the Google Shared Drive yet, but I'm sure that it would be coming very soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automatic production, HR, digital marketing, brand management, marketing and boring businesses or procedures that take a lot of time. It mainly functions as an interconnection of different Platforms, taking its services into account for our regular consumers. In those other phrases, it enables data extraction from one system to the other to be carried out in order to handle mass marketing, thus increasing sales acts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Generally speaking, there's many needs for every setting that can be chosen as many interfaces are advocated for unfamiliar startups generated from this wonderful program. Ensure you have the personnel to do it, or if you build a number of systems and system integration, you will become an aim for QA, funding and all else. This could be a pointless exercise if you wouldn't know.
Disappointed Long term customer
What do you like best about the product?
Used to love Zapier disappointed recently
What do you dislike about the product?
First some bullet points so you can decide if I am a Zapier expert and my statements should or should not carry any weight.
I have spent approximately $14,434 over the lifetime of me and your product.
Zapier Teams account Holder since Aug 2017
Largest single month bill was $1120 July 2019 which i was happy to pay at the time.
Highest month of usage was 350,000 tasks
Convinced 7 other companies to adopt Zapier.
273 Zaps on my account
COO at a company and pressed hard for adoption within the company
So for this open letter it is like telling an old friend that I think he is going down a bad path and wish he would've made better choices.I choose to distance myself from this old friend and downgrade my account.
Two areas of weakness
Technology: (this was the prompting event)
Here is why I can't recommend zapier for any company looking to put it in production environment.
As you add more and more services there becomes a higher likely-hood that you will have an app that has an outage. I understand that there are some outages you can't avoid but what zapier does is they have webhooks that stop receiving information this means things get lost permanently. I have seen it multiple times and it takes hours to try and repost those data if it is even possible. Sometimes the data was simply lost. This was due to not having logs we can rerun zap hooks. After experiencing this for multiple months I made a decision that I could use Zapier for Prototyping but not in a production environment.
Customer Service:
I was on a "legacy" account so I wasn't able to use the portal to downgrade in the same way. I asked customer service what to do. They said just confirm by email. I did. They then asked by email we just need to confirm you want to downgrade (again). I did again. Eventually 2 weeks later they got the backend system corrected and they then had me downgrade on the portal. This resulted in me getting charged additional fees even though I asked in writing to downgrade as the portal would not allow me to do it though the established means.
During my cancelation of the team plan I was confused as no one asked me "what is the reason for the downgrade" "is there anything we could've done better?" I would have been happy to send a response. Instead the Customer service decided to fight me on the small amount of money that I feel they had taken unjustly from me based on a limitation of your system. Check the email correspondence your customer service agent could have asked hey what could we have done better. You can look at my email transcript back and forth with your customer service. I asked for an escalation and that was flatly denied. I asked to speak with someone by phone that was denied. I would expect a customer with the lifetime value of myself you would want to hear feedback both good and bad.
In conclusion. I now can no longer recommend Zapier to anyone moving forward.
I can understand the growth of the company may have strained how you operate but in my situation due to the bad customer service and lacking technology that I feel is unjust taking money from my pocket you have moved me from being a raving fan to actively recommend people don't use zapier in a production environment. You have turned a raving fan into a voice of decent against your product.

No-code Marketing Automation Workflows For Personalized Video Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is easy to use. I'm technical oriented but I'm not a developer. Zapier allows me to easily create simple and complex marketing automation workflows with the tool I use for our marketing, and our clients'.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zapier can get expensive in some cases. For example, when you are just between one plan and the following one and are a few days away before the billing cycle resets. This pushes you to upgrade but you end up paying a lot more money than what you'll use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily create marketing automation workflows with Pirsonal's personalized video software, either for internal use or for our clients. Our Professional Services use Zapier a lot, our clients do as well.
We are also able to create our own apps within the ecosystem and adapt our app to clients' requirements using the Zapier Developer Platform.
