What do you like best about the product?
Allows finding quick solutions in a very simple way for Customer Service.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be necessary to improve a part of reporting to be able to produce a better analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have detected problems with Salesforce when creating accounts

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for users that may not necessarily know the ins and outs of API’s etc. but Zapier makes it easy to connect your apps and automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to say really, I don’t have much I can say negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting our CRM to automation email and lead generation systems. Automating internal tedious tasks for our company. Time saving items.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier automates my Gmail and note records in ToDoist so that I can manage a very busy desk. It also helps with keeping my Mailchimp subscribers updated through my Google Contacts list. I've been using Zapier for 3 years now, and I cannot imagine work without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! The Support Team gets back with me pretty quickly, and they always provide relevant and accurate answers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to keep track of email communications with many, many existing customers by zapping new and reply emails over to ToDoist. I can also rest easy knowing that my Mailchimp subscribers are synced with my Google Contacts because of Zapier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out, and you'll find it will automate some key tasks in your workplace!

What do you like best about the product?
We use Zapier to integrate every tool we use. Before buying a tool we check that it is present on Zapier. In this way we are sure that we can update and exchange data without coding
What do you dislike about the product?
It's perfect for one-on-one sync, but have not feature for database sync

Thanks Zap we can connect tools without coding.

Where Would My Business Be Without Zapier?

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is the single-most valuable tech advancement that my business has adopted since we opened in 2010. Zapier allows my business to be more efficient, more productive, and more client-centric! Zapier will enable us to operate with far lower costs and at a more significant profit margin.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, setting up zaps may get confusing. However, once you learn the process, it becomes second nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier allows us to integrate several software programs and platforms. With Zapier, we have created a uniform system, and our processes are in sync.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend finding a Zapier expert/vendor to help upon the initial setup.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy, even for a non-techy, it's super fast and it's reliable. This takes all the pain out of manual processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a lot of zaps and if you have a lot of zaps it can get pricey. I wish they had more tier levels since they jump by quite a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compiling customer lists, gathering data, sending automated emails. I have realized that I don't need to be the best in the world at Technology to set up systems that will wow customers and make my life easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Add more levels for zaps or have it automatically increase

What do you like best about the product?
We use Zapier to automate a ton of manual work that would be time-consuming for a team member to manage. Instead, the team can focus on more strategic work that adds value to our clients! Thanks, Zapier!
What do you dislike about the product?
The free package was a great way to see the power of the platform. We quickly outgrew it and moved to a paid team version. I didn't "dislike" this, just know that the premium options will require payment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated workflows for daaaayyyyssss! 🙌

What do you like best about the product?
The number of connections and integrations. The ease of creating the logic and searching the integrations available. The ease of setting up Zapier with the systems we already use and all without having to hire a developer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Notifications are only available on the business product. The business product permissions are sometimes hard to figure out especially if you upgraded to business. We first had the non-business version and I created many zaps. When we upgraded to the business version the permissions to my zaps were all messed up and I had to go back and re-create many of them. It would not let me just get permission again but made me create a new zap. I don't like the way it will auto name things from third-party API's making it hard to find zaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it to add zip codes to the city and then assign them to a user in our CRM. We also monitor a few emails and send notifications when those get emails. We also use it to get the leads from landing pages on Unbounce and add the Sales Rep to the CRM with the contacts information gathered from the landing pages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be careful to create zaps for the exceptions and make sure you create notifications to help you maintain the zaps and any that don't work. The notifications can get out of hand if you don't think through the path completely. Be sure to organize your zaps into relevant folders. this helps you when trying to find things.

Ability to force disparate services to work together and streamline internal processes, cutting down on labor time and human error.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes frustrated by limited triggers in partner applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Passing data between disparate services (shopping cart, CRM, project management applications, etc) in order to automate workflows, reduce labor time, and cut down on human data entry errors.
