What do you like best about the product?
The UI of Zapier is probably one of the best out there. It's really easy to integrate apps together even if you have little or even no IT knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing really I didn't like. Zapier really helped me achieve my goal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connect apps easily together and automate processes.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to work with, and connects to almost every software we use. Honestly, Zapier is indispensable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone on our team finds it easy to work with. A more accessible or drag-and-drop interface would be handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps us integrate our cloud-based software and also automate common actions. It's saved us a lot of time, and helped us reduce manual data entry.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely open an account and make a few zaps to try it out. If your zaps send messages/create tasks or content, I would recommend including some sort of "generated by zap" note so other people in the company know where the information is coming from.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Zapier makes connecting my apps and share data between them without needing a lot of technical expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up zaps can be a bit difficult. Understandable due to the potential complexity of the apps involved and desired outcomes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier connects our lead gen forms (Sumo) with our CRM (Salesforce). Our sales team wasn't interested in manually creating leads from our form submissions, so Zapier has saved them crucial time and effort.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zapier's a great product that's always growing to include more apps and features. Their support is second to none. I'm willing to bet that just about every business could really benefit from their product. It really does get the busy work out of the way so you can focus on the work that's most important to you.

So many different connectors, basically sky is the limit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some connectors can get tricky to use, but customer services is always helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving precious time automating software.

Various applications like:
- connecting Facebook ads to Google sheets
- connecting Pipedrive to mailchimp
- connecting Manychat to gmail and google sheets
- creating webhooks for various apps
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Never hesitate on contacting support. They are always helpful and will save a ton of time from trial and error.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the growing number of APIs allow me to automate the service I always wished would work together. I can customize what triggers, why, and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish that more APIs are added, faster! I can find anything else that I dislike that wouldnt be unfair to the fact that, Zapier is still a business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saver! - No need to manually reenter information between two zapped APIs!
Money Saver! - Start free, Pay affordable fee when you are zapping in the hundreds.

Explore where you can save the most time and money, identify the software required, then go Zap them!

What do you like best about the product?
It automatically adds people who buy my course to the right email list.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a pain to set up correctly. Every time there is some little detail that gets messed up & causes more frustration than it's worth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to check the newest students in my course & manually add them to the right list.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They do make some things easy that software makers should just include as part of their own package. Until then, use Zapier.

Saves Time, Resources, and Frustration

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and adaptability of Zapier is what makes the software, by far. There has yet to be a task that we have sought to create a Zap for that could not be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit on the number of monthly processes is a little tight, but we have yet to go over our limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zapier to sync mailing lists between our database, website, and email client, in addition to using it in conjunction with Airtable and G Suite to log our calls and automatically add appointments to our shared calendar.

Zapier makes me happier!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that when all else fails with a customization or integration, I know that Zapier has my back! I've been able to link different services in extremely customized ways. I have been able to slowly learn how to perform more complicated "zaps" as my time allows, and customer support has always been top notch, responding quickly and thoroughly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. My only problems have been with the users of the services that I have linked to Zapier, not Zapier themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to filter out very specific transactions and report them several ways in different platforms. For example, an online order from Shopify can be "zapped" to both Salesforce AND an outside vendor's inventory spreadsheet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do some training and get to know the really intricate things you can accomplish with Zapier! They have a really good knowledge base, and things that you think aren't even possible most likely ARE possible.

Adding Zaps Made My Life So Much Easier!

What do you like best about the product?
There is no need for multiple steps and tracking documents for projects. I set up one zap and my life was made 20x easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a bit to get just right - I think there could've been some hand holding. There are so many different Zaps you can make, that I'm not surprised there is nothing super catered to what I was looking for. But their Customer Support was incredible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I connected a Google Form to ZenDesk, so whenever folks complete a Google Form and submit it - their results populate in a ZenDesk queue. This allows me to respond to them directly from ZenDesk and keep track of responses to submissions.

Great for automating small tasks

What do you like best about the product?
This has allowed us to replace tasks previously done by a VA. Would recommend testing the free tier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost for zaps can add up quick depending on the tasks (i.e. moving spreadsheet data can consume a lot of tasks).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replacing repetitive low-value human tasks.
