Glue and Lego
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier allows me to quickly implement little time savers into our business to make sure things don't get lost and the right people are notified.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot really. There are so many plugins, but I guess the Custom Webhooks could be a little bit easier but that's really picking straws.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Linking systems and notifications between each. For instance we have a Zap to create a task in our job management system whenever a page in our documentation receives a certain tag.
Flexible automation for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
For small businesses who are not in a position to invest in sophisticated and expensive automation tools, Zapier really is a no brainer. It has incredible flexibility and customisation, but can also be used in it's simplest form by employees with no technical experience, and they offer hundreds of out-of-the-box Zaps. It can be used to automate internal processes as well as sales and marketing communications. Their support is also great and the team all seem very friendly and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up Zaps that are more sophisticated or bespoke can become quite complex and difficult if you don't have a developer or technical team to fall back on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Almost all of our internal processes are now automated using Zapier, from project management, to recruitment, to marketing content distribution. It has made our lives immeasurably easier!
Integration of Signrequest and GDrive
What do you like best about the product?
That there is a solution to make GDrive and Signreuest work together.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are bugs that are hard to weed out, and the current integration used is not easy to correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zapier to ensure Signrequest works with our GSuite apps. This reduces amounts of paper, and hopefully emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Seems to be worth the time and effort, it does take some time though to find and take in use the right implementations.

Using it to automatically add subscribers to my email mailing list!
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive product. Lowest price is $25 a month.

Not having to buy ConvertKit

Great If You Have a Use for It: Zapier
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier can be really useful if you have a need for it. We mainly use it for Facebook Leads to our client's CRM. We have used it with Clickfunnels, GetResponse, RealVolve, G-Suite, Facebook, Facebooks Ads, Twitter, Instagram, Calendly, YouTube, & DropBox. There are some fantastic internal organizational tools that Zapier can give you, especially those that can notify you about certain triggers.
What do you dislike about the product?
In a way there are *so* many options it can be hard to narrow exactly how you are going to use it. It's not necessarily a problem if you know what you want out of the software. Some of Zapier's uses can be odd. I think anyone looking to purchase Zapier should research which exact uses they want out of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve some back end system problems through Zapier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get Response can be tricky to work with Zapier. Some API's like ClickFunnels, G-Suite Apps, Facebook, HootSuite work well. For what it is, it can be expensive if you only use the product for a few things.

Is easy to use and manage. The configuration is clear and straight forward.

Nothing at the moment. My use is very limited to send emails to create a zap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every time my system sends and email to me notifying me about a new trial or member submission another email is sent to zapier to add the user to our CRM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to setup and deliver what I need. If there is a in house development team and the integration has a good API implementation, maybe it worth to implement the integration without using it to handle more use cases and possible exceptions.

What do you like best about the product?
The wide range of applications that Zapier integrates with is great but it's also to integrate your own using custom apps or Zapier code.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no ability to allow other users to access your account without moving to the Enterprise tier. That tier is too pricey for a small team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating sales & marketing workflows as well as internal notifications.

The company have a great focus and are definitely heading in the right direction!

It's really easy to connect different parts of a product workflow, which helps with agility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zaps can break sometimes, which while easy to troubleshoot can cause some delays in our work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zapier all the time for our R&D division, and it really helps in connecting workflows quickly. On our team, we don't have time to wait for developers to create entire websites for each new product - we need to make workflows that work NOW. Zapier helps us do this quickly and easily.

Zapier really makes life much simpler. Without it, I can already imagine how lost I would be trying to make the connections in my agency
