POWER API INTEGRATION
What do you like best about the product?
The ease to integrate two separate systems to work in conjunction with each other is astounding. It's a wonderful way to grow your list as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to set segments with Mailchimp rather than having to go to a Static Segment when integrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem I'm solving is keeping track of my growing list and keeping everything segmented.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to integrate two platforms via API, Zapier is the way to go.

Saves an insane amount of time and becomes ROI positive in time savings on day one.

There are obviously limitations, but they will get there I am confident.

Insanely great software for integrating the many apps I use in my business
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of connecting up my online scheduler, to initiate the creation of a new contact in my CRM (Hubspot) and then also adding in to my Mailchimp list. The interface is intuitive and it lets me easily see the data I'm connecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's very little not to like here. Perhaps that I cannot access the multiple zaps in one flow on the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duplicated data entry.
Excellent integrator at a great price point
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier acts kind of like a force multiplier for your different pieces of software that don't natively communicate with each other allowing you to extract more functionality for your dollar. Getting your SurveyMonkey form emailed to you is nice, but having that survey generated into a formatted ticket in your Helpdesk system is the icing on the cake!
So far we've been using the free plan and have yet to run into the 5 Zap/Month cap. The next tier up quadruples that amount for less than $20 a month, so it's an excellent value for the functionality you gain from it!

What do you dislike about the product?
There can be quite a bit of back and forth, trial and error when you're setting up your Zaps. I would suggest setting aside some time where you won't be interrupted when you're creating or editing your Zap because it can take a decent amount of time to get everything to appear formatted exactly the way you want it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We typically use Zapier as a way to turn our SurveyMonkey responses into formatted tickets in our FreshService helpdesk. This provides us with clear, consistent results and makes the entire process rather seamless. I can see our SCADA team wanting to flesh this out more in the future to integrate their Jira instance with our FreshService helpdesk.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They have a free plan which allows you to create up to 5 Zaps and run 100 tasks a month, so it's certainly worth giving it a try to see if it can make some of your work processes more seamless.

The ability to automate my life and get my time back.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial set up is time consuming but worth it in the long run.

We don't have to hire an intern to auto input data because Zapier does it.
Set it and forget it social media push
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier could be likened to the many nodes in our brain. Zapier connects all the parts that drive your social media platforms post on instagram then it post on fb. You get to choose the zap points from a to b and vice versa.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike about Zapier can be a bit confusing so setting it up the first time make sure you do it right first time.

Zapier solves my social media post problems it zaps when i post on one platform to my many many others on the net.

Zapier is the best tool for a small company or relatively large company of 100.

What do you like best about the product?
It can automate everything, messages, notifications, process and even reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes some tasks are not realized. This is a huge weak spot to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process and report automation.

Just buy it, it's an amazing product.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use. I build zaps in a few minutes that will permanently automate a process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't link to everything yet. Sometimes it's difficult to find or sort out the existing automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First it was just to link our business process software with a document population piece; but now we use it for reporting, to automate business process, to generate alerts, and red-flags.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The point of zapier is to link two systems together, so you need to have a pair of systems in mind to get started, though sometimes it can be useful in looping back into the same system. It links to common platforms like Facebook and Gmail, so those are a good place to start. Or if you have a tool, you like but which doesn't do everything you need, see if it's linked to Zapier, and then search their system for a tool to meet your outstyanding needs.
Powerful connector for web services
What do you like best about the product?
We use Zapier for multiple things, mostly connecting external services for internal reporting. One example is connecting our webshop systems to a sheet to report to our finance department. Set up is easy, and the connection is stable and reliable. Because of that we are paying users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things break down, and we need to fix it. Also setup is not easy for some services (for example: Google Drive).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting web apps to comply with internal reporting.
