Zapier makes it easy
What do you like best about the product?
We were looking to link our CRM with our WooCommerce site. It was so easy with Zapier!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little pricey for just 1 apllication. I will be finding other uses for our Zapier account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to link our wooCommerce with our CRM.

Great for a quick and easy external API integrations

What do you like best about the product?
I love that this software exists! It connects my various software platforms that I use for my small business... and lets them talk to one another. I estimate this software saves me 1-3 hours a week, simply by automating tasks. The best part is you do not need to be a software engineer to set-up Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the plan prices/model. They escalate quickly with the number of zaps. I started with the free plan, but quickly ran out. I can't complain, when I think about how much time I save.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having different software platforms talk to one another. For example I use Pipedrive and Zapier creates automatic invoices in quickbooks for me when deals get to a certain stage. This saves time. Also I use Zapier to create new tasks within Pipedrive... this again saves time on otherwise tedious tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it... start with the free plan and test it. If it works for the software you use, it can save you a ton of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Deep integrations that don't require a developers background. As a creative director Im more of a visual person and dont get into API functionality, but Zapier made it easy and dare I say a bit fun to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get costly fast… We are a small shop and need to police every dime, we did have to put a few of our automation wants and needs on hold with Zapier and look for other alternatives, although nothing we have came across was as easy and intuitive to use.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our major want was to connect our billing/invoicing, time keeping and project management programs together.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a budget allocate for the automations… once you see the power of them you will be bummed if you cannot implement.
Only use Zapier if you want to save a lot of time, money, and frustration

Very intuitive user interface that makes setting up new "Zaps" very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, but if I had to pick something it would be that there aren't as many integrations as I'd like (even though there are hundreds, there are some services I use that it doesn't integrate with).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making two programs talk to each other that otherwise wouldn't. Benefit is huge time savings from getting data where it needs to go without manual data entry.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think of two programs you use that you can't do without but that don't integrate with each other, and see if there is a Zap for them.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it connects all things softwares to each other. I can connect Facebook Leads to email to all my clients CRMs to Google Docs to just about anything you want!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I need this software because I use way too many software tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest two things Zapier does for me is connect my Facebook leads to my clients. If I didn't have Zapier, I wouldn't convert at 30% which would KILL my business...

If you have many different softwares from different companies, you need Zapier asap.
This tool is a dream for operations!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Zapier empowers me to create a workflow by automating different work process and allowing me to create a rule and avoid wasting time. Zappier works with a good range of apps from CRM's, google suite and Bidsketch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zapier doesn't work with Facebook groups. This would be such an asset, especially when keeping track on new members. Also, I have to review the zaps every few weeks as I've found that at times the zaps turn off for no particular reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through Zappier we have been able to create a consistent workflow when a potential client reaches out to our sales team, then they set up a time Acuity Scheduling and then entered in our CRM Zoho. Once the Zap is created the process executes beautifully!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would DEFINITELY recommend Zapier, especially for Operations gurus who are fascinated by automating processes!
Amazing tool to integrate different systems.
What do you like best about the product?
It's point and click tool used to integrate different applications and no one needs to know coding to that. Which is freaking awesome (at least in my case). And it's very easy for anyone to understand and use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't have all the applications available for integration, a few are missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
making 2 different applications communicate with each other and able to perform a task/activity in one application depending upon the activity done on the other. It's seamless to do these tasks and it works like a charm.
A real time saver
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is without a doubt the best automation tool available. We run a small business and Zapier is an essential time saver for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on your plan level, Zaps may take up to 15 minutes to run. When you move beyond the "Starter" plan, the monthly cost increases significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zapier to integrate our ESP and e-commerce channels. This saves us hours of manual data entry each week.

Check the list of services that Zapier works with to ensure the integrations you need are available.
Makes informing the team a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
As a non-technical co-founder, I could easily connect some of the 20+ platforms i use on a regular basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are little niggly, but largely dependent on the platform being connected i.e. Hubspot instead of being a zapier issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time. Informing the team of actions happening offline.
We use Zapier to connect hubspot to slack, and intercom to slack so we never miss a sales update or a live chat oppprtunity.

Just get into it. The opportunities for automating processes only become apparent once you have dug into the product - soon you'll be looking to automate and connect everything!
Very Useful tool for Automating Data Flow in Real Time
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is a very useful tool I use in my daily work flows. The thing I like about it the most is the Gsheets integration and how that connects to other marketing or CRM platforms. I use various channels for lead generation and acquisition, and if something doest not talk to another, there is always a Zap for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. However, with anything, as many zap combinations as there are, there is always one of two that is missing. I was unable to get Zapier to create a workaround for a LinkedIN leads campaign into Hubspot, but I have a feeling that the actual limitation was on Hubspot's end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has a array of integrations allowing data to flow freely, and we use Zapier as much as possible. A few workflows include 1) Facebook leads to GSheets, Clearbit enrichment, then zapped into Hubspot with Clearbit data parameters 2) Notifications of G2Crowd reviews into Slack 3) New lead notifications from multiple forms in Facebook into Slack. 4) Woopra to SalesForce Leads. It is full of amazing features that make automating small tasks a breeze.
