What do you like best about the product?
It's ease and functionality with our current workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything I dislike. Maybe, if it had new features or suggestions?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our internal communication is executed inside Slack and Zapier Bot helps us connect other functioning departments into our communication channels seamlessly and automatically.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a great way to tie other applications into your internal communication, it's a great solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I see the value in Zapier but it is has been hit or miss for me

The Eventbrite to Google sheets is not fully functional.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is a very simple way to automate manual tasks between different applications. We love using it to reduce operational overhead & improve communication between our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the apps are limited in features (eg. Salesforce), but as Zapier continues to expand, the zap options are increasing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication, data sharing & mundane tasks have been automated! For example, we automatically stream many of our cloud based platform information into Slack, so members of our team have access to the data in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy it is to create zaps and it works! Would always recommend it due to its ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. Zapier works for everything we do. Nothing else we need. The only thing that can be a pain is how the zaps are tested.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting Webinar software to landing pages, connecting forms to landing pages, and using it for social media.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The testing process can be a little stick sometimes when testing your zaps. Not sure if there is a better way.

Quick and painless API connections

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and helps connect what can seem like disparate data sources together. Can help get data into tools that might not normally have an integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times where the integrations don't work like you think they should. However, this should be construed mainly as a function of dealing with datasets that may not be structured in the same manner. Not a massive fault of Zapier per se.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us to populate dashboards, enrich CRM leads and improve our reporting.

Good concept, a little hard to manage

What do you like best about the product?
The idea of Zapier is great - the ability to make different programs work together is very handy. It works with many applications and sites. We use the free plan, which does plenty for what our company needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot going on with Zapier. With all of the different applications it services, it can be a little hard to navigate. If you are not familiar with computer processes, you will most likely have a hard time figuring this out. When we have had issues with a Zap working, it has been difficult to figure out exactly where the problem came from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Zapier to connect our client calendaring site to our own personal calendars. We've also used it to import contacts into our mailing list.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a good understanding of the systems you already use and are wanting to integrate. It will come in handy if you have an issue with a Zap and you need to see where the problem is coming from.

One of the best tools for automated workflows

What do you like best about the product?
Integrates with so many different online services/tools. Creating and managing workflows is easy compared to the competition. Has the tightest integration with Typeform that I can find. Supports two-factor authentication for added account security.
What do you dislike about the product?
A connected account may require you to re-authenticate after a period of time and no notification is received from Zapier telling you to do so. This may be limited to the one connection that I experienced this with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier has allowed us to create automated workflows with other online services that we use for training. This allowed us to save $30k in LMS fees. We have created an online training and quizzing tool by connecting a couple of online services and it is all automated by Zapier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In my search of the best online automation tool, I trialed over 10 different services. Zapier was the most complete tool and was one of the easiest to use. They were the only one that fully integrated with all of the API options of another service that we use. The cost is also reasonable.

Simple Automation Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier has allowed me to automate many tasks, making programs more scalable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike here, Zapier works as advertised. It be nice to have more integrations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working at a startup, we bootstrap a lot of programs and projects. Using zapier to automate connections, emails etc allows me to scale programs at a low cost (both time and $$). I've automated NPS surveys and follow-ups, event registrations, survey results and survey incentives all with pretty good ease and without needing a large IT integration or purchase.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have any coding experience, or even a flow oriented mind, you'll find Zapier easy to setup and use.

Makes Me Look Like a Wizard

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier seems to work hard to integrate any and all API's that they can get their hands on. I love not having to go to a true developer to make certain tasks and workflows. Almost every program that we use is in Zapier's menu, and allows me to be the mastermind behind the API calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you run into cases where you find the program you want, but not the action or trigger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If we have any two softwares that won't natively integrate into one another, Zapier is there to save the day! This also works great if you're looking to monitor certain systems and want emails or messages to be sent to certain people upon certain events. I also have used it to keep transparency within the company and even celebrate wins.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is worth every penny, especially if you play any operations role in the company. It makes me able to automate so many tasks that I look like a powerhouse, when really Zapier is my secret weapon. In my current role, I am marketing ops and automation, and Zapier really does the job so that I can always answer yes to the common question of "can we automate....?"
