Zapier has been extremely useful to automate the stuff I don't want to do
What do you like best about the product?
I love how logical the flow is and how it easily enables me to setup recurring tasks automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a couple apps I use that don't currently integrate with Zapier... Hopefully they're coming along.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatically importing leads into my CRM and sending reminder emails for following up with those leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
At least give it a try. You'll be amazed at how intuitive it is. Just understand that they may or may not have all the apps you need. But in my experience, they'll add apps over time and are constantly integrating with new projects. So if they don't have what you want now, wait and check again.
Zapier makes ALI accesible
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes integration available for everyone! I love how simple it can be and is a huge help for small businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zapier needs to continue to grow their list of integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have synced shopping cart information with email providers as well as found CRM possibilities thay sync witg all of my customer data.
Connect your digital marketing efforts
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier gives me the ability, in a relatively easy way, to build customized connections between the different services and platforms my company and our clients are using.
The process is simple enough, and Zapier is very reliable (haven't noticed it failing ever because of Zapier's fault). A must have product, without a clear opponent in the marketplace.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some apps lack specific triggers that could be very useful to have, but I'm guessing this is not Zapier's fault.
Also, in general, it might be a bit difficult for a beginner to start using Zapier without any guidance.
If you are a bit more experienced, though, you can make miracles happen.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is allowing us to create complete marketing and business flows by connecting different applications and automating a variety of tasks (administrative, operational, marketing-related, etc.) based on triggers from the connected apps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't hesitate to connect all of your eligible apps to Zapier and start playing around. Only with experimenting will you be able to truly understand its power. Then you won't know how you lived without it.
The glue that holds the Internet together
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and functionality - you can integrate across multiple sites/applications without knowing a single thing about coding. This product is so easy to use - even the Luddites are converting. Zapier is effectively a developer's tool for non-developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since Zapier is an 'event-driven' app it is dependent on each publisher to integrate with Zapier or to publish their API signatures for someone else to write hooks. There are some apps that are not supported (integrated) but the number of supported apps does seem to grow weekly. For the current apps, there are some gaps in the number of events that are defined, some of which seem like they would be considered 'core functionality'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating processes, auto-populating RSS feeds for social media, synchronizing CRM application with Outlook/Google Contacts.
Benefits of Zapier? Simply put a true time saver and the best option for insuring secondary steps are followed (and not forgotten or dropped) when a triggering event occurs.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try it - it's easier than it looks. Pick a predefined 'Zap' (their name for a workflow) and modify one for your needs and you'll be hooked.
Good way to integrate multiple applications - steep learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
It enables us to connect apps that were previously siloed, giving us tools to help move toward some level of automation in our department.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a steep learning curve and the ability to set many of the zaps up is dependent on how extensively you are familiar with the intricacies of the apps in question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of some processes
Simple for a non coder
What do you like best about the product?
They already have pre built API or "Zaps" as they call them. so you don't have to go through the extra steps of hiring a coder if you just need something simple. You pay per usage which is also nice. Plus they have many of the popular API's already built saving a lot of time in the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I could edit some of the zaps in more details, you may be able to do that but since I am not a coder it will take me some time to figure it out, but since I use more basic zaps its not that big of a deal for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Zapier to connect between my gsuite contacts and my Active Campaign email marketing program and CRM. Initially I used the Active Campaign chrome extension but noticed that is was duplicating contact information in the CRM and used Zapier to update the contacts versus creating a new contact. It took about 15 minutes to get up and running. I uploaded a screenshot of when I just started using Zapier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Since Zapier has a free plan I would start with just a few Zaps, use API's that are needed but won't impact your business a lot if you are worried about getting started. That way you can see how the system works as well as get to know the Zapier system relatively quickly.
Super powerful and reliable tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very powerful and includes actions from just about every service you can think of. Particularly powerful when used in conjunction with Salesforce. You can look up records and modify them. Customer support is also quite good, responses are fast and helpful. Even the CEO has taken time to write and help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Branching logic would be nice. Zaps can be filtered but there's no 'else' logic when a zap is stopped by the filter. This requires the use of more zaps and increased complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this often to pipe information from forms (wufoo and formsite primarily) into Salesforce. This allows us to create stable processes that minimize data entry.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great service, take the time to explore all of the actions available with all of the apps in their directory that you use, you'll likely be surprised by what you can accomplish. Support is fast and stellar, every response is very personable and helpful.
Love it! - LInks everything together and is easy to use and flexible
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier can connect almost any service to any other, and now you can write your own code on zapier if they don't have what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometime difficult to test zaps without creating more data, but that's because they use real-world examples.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data integration and record syncing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Play around with it and don't be afraid to experiment. YOu can create and discard zaps as you go, so see what works!
Zapier is unbeatable for automations.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to set and forget different processes in my business, removing a lot of the manual, day to day mindless work. Zapier is basically my virtual assistant.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's clunky and tedious to set up Zaps. I understand why each step is there, and I'm not sure it could be avoided, but it is crazy time-consuming. I wish there was a better way to replicate zaps. Also, sometimes the fields come in weird orders (especially gravity forms + process street), which makes it harder to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm removing so much manual input, and allowing us to work with multiple systems seamlessly. I'm able to really hand things off to my employees without having to monitor them constantly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be patient and ask for help. There are a lot of things that are possible, but it's not immediately obvious. Also, the multi step zaps are amazing, and really worth paying extra for.
Zapier Gets It Done For You
What do you like best about the product?
I've been doing application integration work for over 10 years. Zapier takes a bunch of the heavy work out of basic connectivity between web apps. Pretty much any savvy Internet user can setup all kinds of useful life-hacks or even business processes with Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe I just need to spend more time with the documentation, but I think it ought to be easier for users to build functionality for apps that have a published API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Buffer doesn't support Wordpress. Zapier supports both. So now I can Buffer Wordpress posts.
I setup maildrop contacts in GSuite when I create a new matter in my law practice management package (Clio).

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Business process automation is difficult. Humans can fill in a lot of blanks that computers need input on. Do your planning and maybe even document what you want to do with flowcharts and swimlane diagrams.
