POWERFUL TOOL TO CONNECT ALL YOUR APPS
What do you like best about the product?
YOU NAME IT .. AND THEY WILL HAVE THE INTEGRATION

nothing.. i didn't find any issues with them

created my own ticketing system to get every email into asana as well with links to reply to the email via regular gmail ort mobile based

if you have questions email them they are verry helpfull

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier provides quick simple integrations that can alleviate very mundane / menial tasks. It is very simple and intuitive to connect systems and setup Zaps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations are often too simplistic so they don't save that much of my time. Also, they break from time to time so I cannot wholly rely on them for business critical information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time by automating simple redundant, menial tasks

Do not rely on it for business critical information. This works very well for things like gathering sales leads from marketing campaigns but not reliable enough to process customer orders or information.
Terrible Product - Constantly BROKEN
What do you like best about the product?
It integrates with a broad amount of tools such as WordPress and Hubspot. Zapier also has pretty good customer service (friendliness, timeliness, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
The API connection and integration with Zapier is terrible. We constantly had broken forms DUE to Zapier and Hubspot not working well together ... this could have possibly cost us over a month worth of leads. Disgusted with Zapier and will never use it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are no benefits to Zapier ... use the $15 a month elsewhere if at all possible.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to connect social media platforms and send updates or push notifications when things happen. Cause and effect!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not found anything to dislike yet, perhaps a bit to modern for this old dog but that is being incredibly harsh!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using it to solve the problem of Survey Monkey not emailing us a notification after individual surveys were completed. Since this time we have also added in emails to our team when their Wunderlist tasks are added.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
What more can I say. This is one of those apps that you should be obsolete as it only does the things that other apps do. Think of this app as the translator between an English speaking person and a Spanish speaking person.
Linking Applications Without Being a Programmer
What do you like best about the product?
I love the straightforward, logical way you make Zaps. You don't need to a programmer with API access or knowledge to link multiple applications. It's a huge timesaver that eliminates duplicate data entry while making sure your information is consistent across platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Zap will break for no good reason and you'll have to fix it. Support is also limited in what they can do. Usually you have to contact the applications you are linking because the problem is on their end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We sync customer data across multiple platforms for consistency. We also save a lot of time pushing data across multiple applications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check out the new Webhooks feature. It really opens the door for more custom Zaps and integrations.
Saves you so much time from repeated, mundane tasks. Worth every penny
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier connects the software I use in my business every day. When something happens in one piece of software, a piece of data or information can be sent automatically to another. Zapier works with so many different apps, we have only rarely found that Zapier doesn't have an app integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few integrations that Zapier doesn't have that we wish they would (e.g. Connectwise), but they are adding new integrations all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting data shared between our applications.

Check it out now. It will save you so much time.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps bridge the gap between integration on apps that might not otherwise be available, we have used it to streamline our processes in the past and would not hesitate to do so in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes lags in new product support, and its frustrating but understandable that if your hopeful integration isn't voted on or requested enough it might not see the light of day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bridging the gap between multiple pieces of software and streamlining a process that might not otherwise be available without a lot of time/cost.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check it out and give it a try, its affordable and offers a ton of options. If what you are looking for isn't there yet, request it or vote on it to go to production, get involved if you have a problem they can help solve theres a good chance theres others that would benefit too.
Best business workflow automation app EVER!!
What do you like best about the product?
after reading Tim Ferris 4 hour work week, I looked at all my process and needed to save time and work smarter. I hunted high and low to find out about web hooks and how to build them. I then found Zapier!!! The best part is really its ease of use. It is SO easy to start and Zap and work through the interface and refine / construct what exactly you want to happen. The list of apps you can connect is growing every month. The additional work flow is fantastic and enables even greater flexibility. One Zap actually saves me 80 hours a month in data entry time. AMAZING!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when my zap doesnt work. That's usually my error. I am being very picky but I would like even more channels and even more flexibility of process. But I know the team at Zapier will make it happen. Its grown so impressively over the last 2 years its brilliant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Administration. Data entry. Parsing of information. Back up, Reminders etc all on auto pilot. All tasks that are repeated the same way, more than 5 times are automated with Zapier. Our processes are run on auto pilot. Saving me time to do the more important parts of my day job.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More accounts to connect to and greater functionality within these accounts. More video tuition and helpful hints and tips video library "showing you". Otherwise you are pretty perfect.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the number of software connections that zapier offers. Too many to name
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the dashboard layout. Clicking into different folders is one step too many
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it with intercom and Infusionsoft to update members information with tags. We are also using it with pipedrive to automate our sales process and sending of emails

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier enables non-technical folks to connect various apps. I was able to set up a "zap" between MailChimp and Intercom. Works like a charm. Support was fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
It did take quite a bit of time to set up properly. It isn't automatic. Lots of back and forth with Zapier support over the course of a week, but they hung in there with me and made it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed to move customer properties (the fact that they signed up for a webinar, the date they did it) from Mail Chimp to Intercom. No more downloading from one app, uploading into another. Saving us time!
