What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zapier has a lot of options and platforms available to be able to select to then automate tasks and connect different apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the pricing could be tricky for a small team. Additionally, there is a bit of a learning curve during the initial setup, which I would rate a three out of five.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier to automate tasks across platforms like Google, Trello, and Zoom, eliminating the need for manual follow-ups.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease with which I can make simple and complex automations. There is also a large amount of platforms that Zapier easily works with making it an ideal choice when working with a large selection of different software.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside is that I didn't have the option to self-host my automations. However outside of this use case it has been a very useful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem it solves is creating connections between the different tools that you use allowing you to create automations and complex systems that simplify the process you have to go through.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Zapier together with the LMS has allowed me to set up triggers and actions that have made a real difference in automating my previously manual tasks. This integration has proven to be very useful in streamlining my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface has changed significantly recently, which is making it harder for me to set things up. It's quite hard to find the solution if there's any blocker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It transforms my manual processes into automated ones. Even without fully understanding how to set up the triggers and actions, the Bot handles everything for me, guiding me through each step.

Zapier Eliminates Tedious Busywork with Effortless Automation

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier has saved me hundreds of hours by automating tedious tasks, freeing me up to focus on creative work. I love its modular approach, which allows me to build fairly complex automations. My favorite example is using a spreadsheet to trigger event reminder emails via Gmail. Simply adding a few items to a spreadsheet automatically generates and sends personalized emails, which alone has saved countless hours. Zapier has also tremendously expanded our CRM's capabilities, making it far more powerful than it would be on its own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's very little to dislike. The Zap testing feature can sometimes behave a bit unpredictably, but it's a minor inconvenience at most. The zaps themselves always run smoothly in practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier solves the problem of repetitive, time-consuming manual tasks that don't require human creativity or judgment. For example, it eliminates the need to manually send event reminder emails or constantly update multiple systems with the same information. The biggest benefit is the time savings. Using Zapier, I have saved hundreds of hours that I can now redirect toward strategic and creative work that actually requires my expertise.

What do you like best about the product?
This is truly one of the most intuitive workflow systems available. Navigating and using it feels natural and straightforward.

Not enough people are aware of it! If it had a wider reach, I’m sure many more would benefit from it.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier has proven to be a highly effective tool for automating the flow of leads from LinkedIn into our admissions software, Meritto. What stands out most is Zapier’s reliability in handling integrations between platforms that otherwise do not connect natively. This has helped us eliminate manual data entry, reduce errors, and ensure that leads are captured in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Handling more complex workflows—such as conditional branching or data transformations—still requires careful configuration and can feel limited compared to full scripting environments. Error messages, while helpful, are not always specific enough to pinpoint the exact cause, especially when issues occur at the API level of third-party tools. Additionally, as lead volume scales, the cost of higher-tier plans becomes an important factor to evaluate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier has become a dependable integration layer at ISDM, ensuring smooth, automated ingestion of LinkedIn leads into Meritto and reducing operational overhead. It helps maintain data accuracy, improves turnaround time for admissions follow-ups, and gives IT greater control over how systems connect. With enhanced debugging features and more advanced transformation capabilities, it could become an even stronger part of our automation infrastructure.

What do you like best about the product?
I used Zapier for automation with some social media channels, and being my first time using this type of software, it's good for working. I like the automation work that this software offers and its capability to integrate many features. The initial setup of Zapier was simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
It becomes complex and messy when working with many apps, making it hard to track, debug, and organize large interconnected workflows.
