Workable solution for Krisp, but not very cost effective.
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier was a pre-selected integration for Krisp, which allowed me to control my Krisp data. It was simple and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version doesn't give me enough for my solution to be practical. I get that and would pay for a paid version, but the subscription price is about 10x what the value is worth to me for my use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier was a pre-selected integration for Krisp, which allowed me to control my Krisp data. I was able to upload transcripts to google docs and reference them automatically through ChatGPT. ChatGPT integration to google docs has since stopped working, but I could switch to OneDrive and accomplish the same thing.

What I love most about Zapier is its incredible AI support. I was struggling to create some complex Zaps that were totally new to me, but the AI chatbot jumped in and saved the day. It rewrote the necessary code, walked me through each step with clear explanations, and made the whole process feel effortless. This feature alone has been a huge help in automating my workflows—highly recommend it to anyone dipping their toes into automation!

What do you dislike about the product?
The only tiny downside is that my company’s strict security settings are currently blocking a couple of integrations I’d love to finish setting up. That’s 100% on our IT policies, not Zapier, but I just wish I could use even more of it! Still, the AI alone makes this my favorite automation tool by far. Highly recommend!

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, and very powerful! Lots of resources to get the set up you need!

It's automating several processes across several platforms, and best of all, sends me a summary each week, to tell the team how we did!

I like that it eliminates time consuming, monotonous tasks that aren't necessarily productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first I thought it might be too tech involved for me to understand; however, the AI help chat bot is super helpful and I was able to figure out what I needed quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have created Zaps that add clients/patients to several different Google Sheets for tracking purposes. I no longer need to add them to the sheet manually which saves me so much time.
The perfect tool for Citizen agent builders
What do you like best about the product?
It’s really easy to set up, and the templates make it simple for anyone on the team to get started. It also helps people move away from old, clunky processes and replace them with something cleaner. The integration is also solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a built-in way to discover or map existing processes. That would make it easier to spot what to automate next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For internal workflows, Zapier lets our teams build their own simple automations without needing a developer. Admins still get visibility, which keeps everything organized. When we need something more complex or customer-facing, we use other tools with stronger compliance and testing. That mix lets us move fast while still handling advanced use cases when needed.

I love that I can automate tedious workflows. It saves me time while building my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing it is great so far. Haven’t used it a lot yet to find any issues.

It helps with my email marketing automation, sending emails when a user signs up for my app. I will use it to build AI agents as I continue to build my business.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier helps me connect my platforms to each other even when they do not integrate natively. This is huge for my team for being able to automate workflows across multiple tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up Zaps can be complicated, and pinpointing exactly what in your steps may be causing a Zap to not execute properly can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My favorite Zap that we currently use is one that sends a Slack notification to an agent when they get mentioned in an internal comment on a ticket in Zendesk. It helps make sure those tags are not missed.

The ease of setting up new accounts and the array of programs with native support

The IP address it uses being hidden makes API issues harder to diagnose

It is currently automating the customer leads for us so we can help our clients sooner, it is also allowing us to automate agent messages

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier gives me the ability to easily connect two platforms that would not work together otherwise.

Sometimes the interface is not as intuitive as I'd like.

Zapier is allowing me to put together reports from our adserver and combine it with information from Salesforce for our monthly reporting.
